This is the first time I have dealt with Double Diamond as I'm from Calgary and wouldn't normally shop Edmonton for electronics. In this case, they had something I was looking for that was very hard to find anywhere else.They worked with me over the phone quick, had a good price, and shipped it out to me the same day.When it had an issue, they went WAY above and beyond to help me and to provide a resolution.I'm not sure when I'll have the opportunity to deal with them again, but they will be near the top of my list when considering an electronics purchase.And Rich, no offense, but I'm trying to figure out who you think you are to force a company to spend money on a website to match your desires???

Very friendly and easy to deal with. No BS, just low prices. Lots of people at work have gone here so I called for a Weber BBQ. Great first time dealing with them.

The customer service was excellent. The knowledge of the staff was great ranging from tvs to home theater systems to BBQ and much other stuff .
