Outstanding service. Super knowledgeable and balanced advice. JP really cares about his customers, does not push anything but will listen carefully to what the customer is looking for then offer great advice. Once you know what you want he will bend over backwards to make it happen. I bought a Pivot Switchblade and love the bike. Exactly what I needed and very happy.

Popped in today and saw they stocked Panaracer Gravel King tires. I was greeted by a staff member named Scott and he helped me narrow down the right tires for my bike.Scott told me about local gravel events shared his experience riding in them and that gave me encouragement to participate in some events.Very professional and helpful staff, really impressed with their customer service and willingness to share information and knowledge on bikes. They treat you with respect and that really makes the whole experience so enjoyable.Thanks again Scott

Absolutely horrible customer service. Walked in and met with the rudest worker, who snatched away the inseam device we were looking at to figure out bike sizing and said it could only be touched if we were buying a bike. We were there to buy 2 bikes but he didn’t even give us a chance to speak. Horrible place.

Just bought a new 2022 Cervelo Aspero from JP and can't say enough about the service and knowledge that I received while I was there… JP is the ultimate bike setup nerd. This bike was so perfectly setup that I will need to revisit the setup of all of my other bikes!Highly recommend Via Ciclante. Was in the area looking for new peddles. They had a better quality selection a bit above my pay grade for the bike but still wanted to write a review as I received great service from the gentlemen. He took the time to listen to my questions and educate me on some solid options, the differences between specific things and why. Appreciated his efforts and thought the least I could do was write a review.

Got my giant propel sl fitted by JP he is informative and and versed in biomechanics in relation to the bike well I suppose that's the job of a fitter... had good chat he turned out to be just as geeky as me when it comes to bike mechanics and attention to detail, takes your input and checks your body for possible trouble/tight spots I had a mini yoga sesh lol" . Overall friendly environment and tons of products in stock locally. Not the cheapest place but cheap is not always good and good is not always cheap."

Most reliable shop this side of the GTA.You can count on the team here to help you with whatever you need, from fitting to just a good conversation about how awesome gravel riding can be. I've had them service all my bikes and never had any issues or concerns.

I had the absolute rudest experience at this store yesterday when I popped in with my friend to shop for our upcoming bike trip. Last year I had come in and was measured by another sales person, I came in yesterday to do the same with my friend since she was interested in purchasing a bike.We unknowingly touched the seat measuring device, not knowing it was only for staff to use. The sales person berated us in such a rude way, in front of the entire store. A respectful, please don’t touch this would have sufficed. I apologized and explained that I came in last year and someone measured me with the same device, which he rudely spoke to me again in a disrespect way. I then said I don’t need anything, and that I am leaving and he said good.Will never stop here. Will never bring my biking crew here and will make sure everyone I bike with knows never to go here. Sad because I try to support my local businesses but if you can’t be kind to customers then you don’t deserve the business. If there was less than 1 star on here I would give it!

This place is amazing, they definitely put the customers first, and ensure the bike fits, and they make the bike YOURS. I have purchased many new bikes from shops all over Ontario, every one has brought the bike out and sent me on my way. JP took the time to fit the bike to ME, swapping out any necessary parts (ie, stems, pedals) to give me the best experience on my new Salsa Mukluk. They even worked overtime to ensure my bike was built and ready to go early. My work schedule and living a few hours away meant there was a small window of time to pick it up, or I'd have to wait a few more weeks.
