THE ULTIMATE!! This is my favourite store in the universe and the store experience is consistently wonderful. The owners are incredibly nice and always professional, and also have really refined design sensibilities. Their store is well curated and the products are very unique and high-quality. I always get very helpful product knowledge & care info from them. They take the time to understand customers' preferences--both for clothing and housewares. Very appreciative that their **sizing is quite inclusive** I am not an easy-to-fit person, and neither are my relatives (for different reasons...petite size, plus size, etc.) and this is literally the only store we can all shop at to find clothing that we cherish. Glen was super accommodating to process a gift card over the phone recently to allow the recipient to use in-store. I highly recommend this small business!P.S. Don't try the chocolate/licorice items...it's a slippery slope to a very bad addiction :D

the hours of operation made it hard to visit. beautiful store but the hours should be more extended esp on weekend. going through traffic on yonge street, most often cant even make it to the store after work.

Only place in town to get Finnish products and Finnish design products. Like Marimekko and Iitala. We go here regularly to pick up different things. From fabric to licorice to household goods. Also great for buying gifts for friends who appreciate good design.

Very high end store. Beautiful Merrimekko fabrics and clothing and accessories! Many beautiful Arabia porcelain pieces and creative festive Christmas ornaments. Yummy candy AND festive pickled sardines just in time for Christmas!Store brought back many Finnish family memories.

I've been a customer for many years and have tolerated the poor customer service; however, my recent visit was my last. I arrived 5 minutes before opening time and didn't think it was a big deal, especially given that most business owners have struggled with the pandemic. Instead of telling me that they now open at 11am (instead of 10am), even though I was only 5 mins early, the owner came out and in an extremely rude manner told me that they open at 11am and not 5 mins before! I was shocked by how rude they are to customers, let alone a long time customer like myself. On my way out, the owner rudely turned to me and said next time you come here

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate all of my Finnish Products purchased here. I always reach for a top, dress or accessory that I have purchased here. I consistently get compliments every time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Our family made the trek from Whitby specifically to support this small business.This will be our first and last visit. The owners are downright rude and have no care for customer service. Based on other reviewers, I see that our experience is a regular occurrence. I wish we had passed on our $300 purchase and bought elsewhere.How unfortunate!

Extensive selection of Finnish and Scandi clothing/jewellery, homewares, and food goods. Owners are lovely! I always end up buying something when I visit.
