After Five

Found my dream dress here and the people were so kind. I felt so comfortable and beautiful in every dress. Susan at Richmond center was amazing and made me feel so gorgeous and helped me pick the one!!!

I live in Alberta and heartily recommend After Five to people in ANY province. They ship across Canada, and quickly. They helped us in a time-crunch situation with a specific grad dress. Brad was SO helpful, personable, kind, and reasonable that we have decided to use After Five again this year for my younger daughter's grad dress, and I also now recommend After Five to anyone I know who needs a dress. We also plan on ordering from them again for a couple upcoming weddings. They were so pleasant and flexible and willing to work with us (which was a breath of fresh air compared the strict/inflexible policies most other dress stores have). The flexibility made all the difference for us. I hope their slightly different way of operating helps this company to flourish! I would even pay a premium if it meant dealing with this store, staff, and policies - but their prices are on par with, and sometimes lower than, other stores, for the exact same dress! So we won't go anywhere else. I absolutely can't say enough good things about After Five. 110% recommend them, even if you aren't in the area.

Have been visiting After Five for special occasion dresses for over 30 years (even back when they were located at Oakridge). Of course, it was our first stop to look for prom dress for my daughter. The service was kind and the lovely lady helping us knew JUST what my daughter had in mind. She felt like the princess she is and everyone asked where she got her unique dress. Thank you After Five for making special memories for our baby.

They have great customer service and the staff were very nice and helpful. The in-store selection is good but I found many many options online which I actually ended up buying one from.The only thing I would have liked is getting refunds to credit card instead of store credit! But great experience all in all

i can honestly say that i have never experienced better customer service at any other store that i have shopped in before…Boris and his whole team went above and beyond every single time we had a question or concern. Even the night before prom when we had to change a size, he and his staff member who answered my call, (so sorry I don’t know your name) took the time to help us when they really didn’t have to. But we are so very grateful. Thank you so much for your kindness during that stressful time.I highly recommend everyone shop at After Five Richmond for dresses because you can be sure that they will do everything they can to make your experience worry free and great :)

AMAZING customer service, great prices and qualityI couldn’t decide what dress I wanted while ordering online and when I called the store for more information, one of the owners answered the phone. Gavin was SO helpful and even FaceTimed me to show me the dresses and answered all of my questions. He was extremely patient with me and was on the phone with me for almost an hour. He even let me pay over the phone. I honestly think this is the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Prices are also VERY reasonable compared to other boutiques. 10/10!!!

My daughter ordered a 2 piece Jessica angel dress from After five. The dress looks amazing! After five did the alterations for her dress perfectly, and much faster then expected. Gavin was very kind and went above and beyond for us. I would Definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for a grad dress, the owners truly care about there clients and want them to be happy with there purchase.

Excelent attention, we were helped by Simmrat & Ammy and they were both very helpful and professional. We were able to find a dress with a lot of ease thanks to their assistance and the specialized attention and service they provided. Would highly recommend buying your special ocassion dress here, 10/10.

amazing customer service. i came in the morning of my prom and the lady who helped me was so determined to find something for me that i would love. i was in and out with a beautiful dress within 2 hours. furthermore, the man at checkout noticed the name of my high school and had graduated there too. he was so kind and decided to gift me a beautiful bracelet with my purchase. they truly know how to curate a helpful and personal shopping experience :)

Shopping online is not scary at all when you're dealing with someone like Brad at After Five Fashion in Vancouver. I bought the most beautiful Mother of the Bride dress with his help. He really cares a lot about his customers and asks all the right questions to make sure the dress is perfect for you!
