full of moran, they refused to give package even after know I am the right person. they only want to follow policy name and address should be same. Although you have all receipts and proofs that you are the right guy. they will believe you are the right person. but still want to follow stupid policy

The people working at this station, take their sweet sweet time to retrieve the package and missed by the lazy drivers. We have to listen to the annoying music waiting for the package while the representative spend time chit chatting while the backend team can't handle a 4 digit number and confuse your package for other.Fedex is the worst carrier service, lazy drivers who never enter the building and cancel the delivery, horrendous customer support with bare minimum to no support and Management who doesn't take responsibility to the employee mistake and has a blind eye towards customer.They are very opaque towards customers that it takes 25 min get speak a customer representative and 45+ minutes to speak to a manager. No customer complaint portal or toll free number. I try to avoid FedEx whenever possible.

Package not delivered on time because the delivery driver could not call the customer to gain access to the building. What was the point to collect customer's phone number then? Why Purolator delivery driver can call the customer and Fedex driver cannot? Does Express delivery mean to delay package over weekend because company cannot promptly contact the customer? 19th century service. Advances of modern communication technologies have not reached Fedex yet.

This is the worst shipping company. If you want your packages to be delivered through an express service no not use FedEx. They will charge you the money for the express service but that service will not be delivered. I dropped off a package to be shipped to Jamaica from Canada on June 10. The package was shipped on June 12 which is understandable since it was the weekend. But I was told via a phone call that my package would be delivered June 14 but it was not delivered until June 16. I reported it and your invoice adjustment agent named Roxanne told me she is denying my claim as my package was delivered June 16. I paid for an international express service but my package was sitting in one location for like 2 days and I had to keep calling. Now I shipped back a package from Jamaica on June 28 which I paid for a one day service. I was supposed to receive my package yesterday June 29 by 12 pm and today is June 30 but my package has not been delivered and the app shows that it will not be delivered until July 4. You should not be charging for a service you can not fulfill neither should you be promoting delivery dates that you can not adhere to.

Horrible experience. Did not even realize fed ex was holding a package of mine. No shipping information or email. Received a phone yesterday saying there was an attempted delivery over a week ago, but there was no message left on my door, call or email. I went in person to get a self clearance form and waited over TWO HOURS for a piece of paper. Went to CBSA only to learn that I was missing another form. Went back to Fed Ex and still had to wait another 30 minutes to receive my package and still pay the full amount of taxes despite all the errors they made. I had to call out of work because this inconvenience took 4 hours out of my day. Complete waste of my time and energy.

If I could give 0, I would. FedEx drivers are the worst, they claim they attempted delivery and it's not true. The driver not only failed to deliver but they also took their sweet time to get back to the location to drop the package off. Now I'm stuck waiting for an unknown amount of time until the package arrives. This package was necessary as they contained my prescription glasses. If you are getting a package from this location, expect issues and bad customer service. User beware.

You just want money. Customer care told to pickup from the locatiom went there still did not get it makimg silly excuses you guys have no reaponsibility

Paid over $250 to have a package delivered to the depot on Saturday, it's contents would expire if not delivered on time. Package cleared customs and was ready for pickup but they held it until Monday. Wasted thousands of dollars and time and FedEx has done absolutely nothing about it.
