Very clean and friendly staffs. Plenty of room to dine in. Convenient for trucker. The side road is convenient to park just to buy not for camping.

Always check your order before driving away. At least 20% of the time, I've noticed missing items after already driving away. Only at this location.

Very arrogant and disrespect supervisor who was working on window today, I ordered bagel, she asked to pull our car at front it will take time, my husband mentioned her every time we pull our car at front, you guys take easy 8 - 10 minutes to run the food, most of time we have to come inside the store to pick our food, instead of apologies or make sure food will get ready sooner, she questioned my husband by saying who asked you to come inside the store. and start arguing with my husband. It's common sense mam, if we are waiting for our food for the last 10 minutes we will come inside the store to check if our food is ready or not. Miss, I hope you will learn some manners and how to deal with your customers.

Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons franchise in all of BC. They can't seem to ever get your order correct. I've come in multiple times theu drive thru and ordered a dark roast. People there must not know the difference as they constantly give me a regular roast. They either can't read English or don't care. I even went back in there afterwards to tell them they got the order wrong and the attitude was horrible. If you don't like your job that is not anyone's problem but your own

Avoid this location if possible, they can never get anything right, it’s the worst when you order your morning coffee and drive away and realize they have given you something completely different like tea or a French vanilla, they just assume everyone wants a double double. They need to implement a better training program.
