Fawcett Mattress - Sleep Naturally

7 1/2 years ago I bought a king sized latex Mattress & 2 queen sized latex pillows. Snuggling down everynight I still sometimes remember how lucky I am to be sleeping in this fabulous bed. I love it so much I bought my son & daughter in law one for a present. And they got my grandson one for his crib. Could we love Fawcett any more? I am sooo happy they opened a store in Nanaimo.

We recently purchased a Model 2 natural latex mattress from Fawcett Mattress in Nanaimo. The showroom is easy to access and a pleasant space. The manager (Nadia) was very friendly and helpful in assessing the various options. It’s sometimes difficult to choose the right mattress based on a 15-minute trial in a showroom - a much better test is sleeping on a mattress over many nights. Thus, one aspect of purchasing from Fawcett that helped us immensely was the option to exchange a mattress if we determined after a few weeks of sleeping on it that it wasn’t quite right for us. The fact that the mattresses are made here on Vancouver Island from natural materials and there is zero off-gassing also played significantly in our decision to buy from Fawcett. We also purchased a wool/organic cotton mattress protector and wool comforter, which further enhance our sleeping comfort.

Paid whit PayPal and after waiting 10 days I've called Mister B. he told me that it was a fraudulent payment.Called PayPal and they told me that they are going to communicate whit them and give them 10 days to comply or PayPal will refund me. ( that's what they did )So I called back and ask Mister B. if I could try again ?Mister B. told me I'm better off buying my topper else where.Avoid buying on line if you don't live near by.I really would of love to give them 5 stars.
