I never leave reviews but the staff were not friendly. The cheese on the grilled cheese was not melted and there was smeared butter all over the outside. I went inside to ask for it to be grilled longer and the restaurant was not clean. They did make me a better grilled cheese but when I went back to my car and was helping my daughter put the lid on chili, hair plastered inside. Yuck, the whole experience took my appetite away. I expect better from such a popular chain

They've been better lately, however this really put the cherry on my bad day. I opened my wrap and it was jammed in not only upside down, but not wrapped much at all. A whole chicken piece was inside the box. This is completely unacceptable. The ONLY reason I didn't go inside and go full Karen was because I couldn't, I was on my work break. You wouldn't *** up a wrap like this at home

So it was breaky time, I order a Classic Bagel w bacon and got a BLT not a BELTChange your names TH the order s are never right, so tired of we don’t check the bag before you drive away. Last time we ordered 2 honey dipped donuts and got one!

The drive thru is very slow. Sometimes it’s hard to understand the server thru the speaker. The servers are very ok but could be more friendly and have smiles on their faces. The drive thru window woman just handed us the food without saying anything and had a grumpy look on her face.

Horrible experience. Toxic communication and attitudes. Staff clearly cares not one bit for customers. The lettuce is BLACK MUSH. Someone thought it okay to put on a sandwich, second time this week. Ordered a muffin, did not get. Got the impression their take is we're in a pandemic and can do no wrong. We'll take it out with a horrendous attitude toward the public." Have been a regular for years. Something has changed and it's appaling."

Tim Horton's you need to do better. First off Id like to say that my order more times than not is incorrect at this location. We ordered Turkey BLT's for lunch in store. Got to my car and noticed that there was no bacon. Ran back in and he put bacon on my sammie. One bite and I was disgusted. I had to remove the bacon. Cmon...it's still saying oink oink. How can you put that on someone's sandwich and thinks it's ok. I'm not sure it was even cooked. Grossed me right out. And another thing

Service was below par at the drive through. The attitude of the individual at the window was less than desirable. I understand that everyone is entitled to a bad day but don't let it leach onto your customers.

I think for your money Tim Horton's is as good or better than a lot of fast food places and better for you than most of the regular greasy fare.
