Fowler Construction - Fleming Quarry
Not actually a problem with this company rather one of its employees. All over a parking spot his wife/girlfriend approached me about that she thought she deserved. He is a shorter man late 50’s early 60’s with grey braided hair and tattoos, he was very confrontational and smelled strongly of alcohol. Not sure which fowler he works for, his truck number is 56-374.
