Advanced Basement Systems

Heard about this company on the radio in Windsor On while in Florida. Due to a ice storm in Feb 2023 and no power for 3 days our sump pump and back up did not work properly. So when we got home booked a appt. They came out, understood our needs and suggested what they could do for us. We signed up right away and got a 5% discount. Then got a call the next day with a quick install date. The guy that came out was great and their system looks so much better than our old one and works way better. I would recommend.

Radon pump install. Great service. Joel installed the pump with little noise. No mess. Joel was very professional and efficient. Very pleased with results. Would highly recommend to anyone

Advanced Basement came to do their annual sump pump maintenance this past March. I have been a customer for 10 years. I think they are a great company. Friendly, professional, and do a superb job. Thanks to Danielle in the office and Todd on site. Will be calling again next year.

Very happy with Advanced Basement Systems for crack repair and water proofing in our basement! Our installation man Tim was very professional, took care to do the job perfectly, and left our home spotless before he left. Our customer representative Tom Blackburn has also been amazing with constant attention and care for our unique basement situation. Joel and Arron installed a radon mitigation system in our basement. They were professional, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend this team based on the quality of their work. Chris did the in-house estimate and he was informative, knowledgeable and professional. The entire team at Advanced basement is exceptional. Advance basement systems installed a new sump pump system in our basement 4 years ago, which has worked beautifully. However the purpose for my review is to acknowledge their service tech Joel.Every year we have a maintenance inspection and every year I request the services of Joel. Joel is very knowledgeable about the products and while he examines the system he explains common issues and teaches me general maintenance I can do to prolong the life of my system. Joel is very respectful of our home and very patient with our 2 dogs (who don't always give him the space required to work in).My overall experience with Advanced Basement Systems has been deserving of this 5 star review but Joel has exceeded expectations and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.I would highly recommend Advanced Basement Systems.

We had water problem in our basement recently. We called Advanced Basement System as they have really good customer reviews. Tom came in to give us a free assessment. He was very professional, knowledgeable, provided the solutions to solve the problems. Also gave us ideas that some of them that we could do ourselves. He was very patient and thorough, spent almost two hours with us. When we called to cancel one of the services one day before the installation, no hassles, the invoice simply adjusted. Joel came in and installed new sump pump next day. He was very skilled and pointed out some issues needed to be improved. answered many questions that we asked, gave us a lot of ideas of how to fix the small little things. Overall, this is a great company with excellent staff. We are very happy with their services.

Jordan and Edwardo did a great job on the installation of the new sump pump and the repair to the crack in the foundation. Very professional. Sam did an excellent job when he came over to explain the process and the price quote was also very reasonable.

We first dealt with Advanced Basements following a flood and had a lot of work done. Never a drop since. Since then, they have added a dehumidifier and do yearly maintenance checks on it, and our sump pump and back up battery. Dealing with Danielle Duplessis is always easy - whether by email or phone. Appointments are scheduled well ahead of time and we are never missed. Trevor has been here year after year and does a great job - and my dog loves him. Looking forward to many more years of service.
