Barbara is awesome.

John has always been a great point of contact for insurance resources and consultancy. As a client of his, and by association Spriggs Insurance, I can't say anything less about his outstanding dedication to serving his clientele.

When I first started with John here, he was so helpful getting me started. Once I got a new vehicle a few months later, things changed, he raised my insurance by $180 a month without informing me. I do understand a higher rate with a newer car but $180 increase? And not informing me is just not right. When I reached out about why I wasn’t informed, he told me to get “my mail checked at the post office as I should have received this notice via mail”. However as I use a broker I am not allowed to contact the insurance company directly and have to go through him at the brokerage so I truly don’t understand why a large increase wasn’t explained to me. I then asked John if there was anything he could do to help as this new increase makes my insurance unaffordable, and he has refused to call me or help in any way. Truly disappointing as I thought I could trust this company.

Do not trust these people.

Very disappointed to say the least. Both my husband and I called several times and nobody returned our call. After several attempts I got a hold of a broker at the Milton location. I spoke for a few minutes about my inquiry and he said he would get back to me early the following week. That was almost a month ago and still no phone call. We looked elsewhere which is sad because we wanted to support a local business.
