I had my first of 2 Halo Laser treatments. My technician, Anna Fariad, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She took her time to explain the procedure and any concerns I may of had. She made me feel relaxed and explained every step along the way during the procedure. A wonderful person and a great asset to the Team at Bay Dermatology.

I had such a great experience at the Toronto location. Reception was very welcoming, the technician explained my treatment and expectations post treatment very thoroughly.I was nervous about my treatment but they made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!
