End of life care was absolutely amazing here for my cat. A very tough experience made manageable and comfortable by amazing staff and facility.If you're in Calgary and are able to make it out here for vet visits I highly recommend!

Amazing care of my aging Boston! They caught 2 cancers early enough that he was able to have them removed and able to live out his years pain free. Cannot thank this team enough!

Huge thank you to Dr Jason and his amazing team for the wonderful care they took of Maxi during his dental surgery today! This is the first time I’ve been to this clinic and I was so impressed.Dr Jason did an outstanding job on Maxi and I’m extremely grateful for his kindness and the care he took in helping to make Maxi feel better!! I highly recommend this clinic!!

My partner and I brought our rabbit in to get neutered and the experience was amazing! From conversing with the receptionist through email about the pricing and procedure, to bringing him into the clinic, picking him up, and even witnessing him afterwards when we got home was amazing!When my partner and I walked in we were greeted with the upmost excitement to see our little bun bun. The vet that was doing the procedure personally met with us and examined our little guy. Our baby boy isn’t big on new humans but he seemed oddly calm with her which was amazing! She also answered all the questions we had and never made us feel like any of the questions were stupid.As soon as he come out of surgery we got a phone call, updating us. Telling us how well he did and that we could pick him up in a few hours. When we came to pick us up, they recognized us as soon as we walked through the door.They even followed up with us the next day to check on him.My partner and I have severe anxiety sending our animals in for surgery and we have never been more at ease with any other clinic. I would highly recommend Cochrane Animal Clinic and their services! We’re even talking about getting our kitten and our other 3 female bunnies spayed there. We live in Calgary but it is well worth the drive for the comfort and care they provide!

They are so compassionate and kind to my three small breed doggies! Dr Jason was so amazing with them. My dogs sometimes are scared with new people but Dr Jason was so calming with them. It amazed me actually. Also the pricing is fair for things like dentals and routine services too. The new location is great and spacious!

We have been using this vet for over 5 years....amazing service and fantastic staff.We have had pet emergencies over the years and have always had wonderful doctors looking after our furbabies with clear honest consultations.One of our dogs is not people or dog friendly and she is handled in such an amazing way here.I can not recommend them enough.

Do not recommend this clinic, I brought my puppy in for shots and they were super condescending when I couldn't find the exact date of the one parvo vaccine he got before we adopted him. Very unhelpful and frankly rude, clearly they have enough patients.We had also gone in and a vet told us he would give us a quote to basically get our dog surgery to flatten his skin folds in his face and we never got the quote. We've asked advice about this surgery to multiple different parties at this point and nobody has either heard of the surgery nor thinks it's necessary.

I can't thank Chelsea and the team for preforming an emergency surgery on my little girl. They really have her a 2nd chance at life, They are such amazing people ❤ THANK YOU!

I would like to share my recent experience with the Cochrane Animal Clinic.Our sweet old dog Abby had reached the end of her life. We knew it but there's always that question in your mind. Are you doing the right thing? Is there something else you could do to make her comfortable enough to be with you a bit longer?For a few reasons we hadn't had Abby at a vet for a while so we needed to find someone to go to. Looking for a more affordable option than our former vet here in Calgary, we started to call around a bit and found Cochrane Animal Clinic. We got Abby in to see Dr. Chelsea the next day.This is where we get to the part I really want to share. Like I said, we knew that it was time for Abby to leave this world. We were prepared to pay for some tests to make sure we weren't missing anything obvious, but we knew. Dr. Chelsea made it so easy for us to make our decision. She examined her, did an ultrasound, and told us that it was OK to make the decision we knew was right if we were ready to do so. We didn't even do the other tests.We were ready. After taking her home for one more night with the family, we brought Abby back to the clinic to be euthanized. They have a special room with a separate entrance. It is set up to be comfortable for animals and humans. There are lots of treats. The lighting is soft. So we said our goodbyes and saw her on her way.The compassion, support and love of all staff at this amazing clinic made a very hard day no harder than it needed to be. Thank you Dr. Chelsea and all the staff at the Cochrane Animal Clinic. We will be back with our next dog!

Where to even start, the front staff; the assistants; and every vet I’ve seen there for my dogs - AMAZING.Dr. Jason specifically is incredible. He shows true compassion and explains everything in depth. I had the honour to see him for my puppy’s vaccinations and have continued with him. My older dog now see’s him as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my fur babies. The care I have received is more than I could ask for. Thank you Cochrane Animal Clinic for finding this great vet and adding him to your amazing team.
