Mark's Appliance Repair
Most satisfactory experience having Mark repair our dishwasher. While he worked on the unit we had a most enjoyable conversation. Due to a number of complexities the work took 2.5 hours but I was only charged for one hour of labour. Very reasonably priced and the dishwasher has been working well in the last 2 months since his repair. No doubt I will call him for any appliance repair I have in the future.

When I phoned the last couple of times, he suggested possible solutions to the problems we were having thereby attempting to negate the cost of a service call. I came home from a deployment to a non-draining washer that the babysitter left. I called Mark and asked about a quote and what he thought the problem might be.Instead of taking this opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and willingness to try and sort out the problem myself. He told me how to do it safely, how to ensure I didnt damage the electrical component's when I drained it, and gave me the confidence to try and fix it myself before paying a Professional.Thank you Mark, you're definitely a shining example of professional customer service. I figure saved me about $200.Greatly appreciated.
