The garage was locked at 8pm instead of the posted 11pm so my friend's car was locked in overnight. When she went to retrieve it in the morning, the company took four hours and three phone calls to send someone to unlock the garage and let her out, then charged her $50 for this service.

Claims public parking, evening parking, and offered the option to park until 6 am next day but locks down after 8pm and there's no security or kiosk you can reach. All the doors and elevators are locked
