Always very nice curtious staff. Never busy if u book an appointment. Tanning beds are clean and have good deals ... not great

Unfortunately I have had nothing but bad experiences with spray tans at both Cambridge Fabutan locations. Multiple times. Should have learned much earlier but kept trying. This is due to more than half the colour staying in the cartridges or the machines malfunctioning. Last time I was in I spent over $50 for my last spray and it didnt work. The owner rectified the situation by crediting me a free spray and it happened again when I went back. I called and left a message to let them know and have waited days with no response or consideration. At this point I am so disappointed I will not be getting anymore expensive fabutan sprays and have learned my lesson.

Taylor did an amazing job on my classic lash extensions! They look exactly how I like - like natural lashes with mascara. And all while having a great conversation! I will be returning for sure.

Staff always courteous. That being said last week I booked for 11:30 when I got there there were several people waiting. One person working not sure what happened if it was overbooked all I know is I waited patiently for half an hour past my time. Another person who also was booked left saying “isn’t this why we make appointments”. I finally got in and once finished booked for this week. I got up to make sure I make it on time due to snow event last night and I drive from out side of Cambridge. I was told I could not tan at my appointment time because it wasn’t 24 hrs since my last. That’s fine rules are in place for health reasons but I didn’t know this plus as I stated to the employee “why did the person book me knowing it wasn’t 24 hrs but 22hrs since my last. Needless to say I wasn’t impressed and drove home. Not sure if it’s not proper training or lack of staff so they are rushed and make these mistakes all I know is I wasted my time driving into town and gas.

I've been tanning here for awhile now mostly because of the excellent customer service. There's always a friendly face to greet you and all the staff are informative and helpful. I've been to other salons in the past but this fabutan is the only place I go to since I've found this gem. If you're looking for a place to get golden and glowy this season, I highly recommend it.

My favorite place !! Great employees and great place to tan, do red light, have a spray tan and get your lashes done :) Highly recommended!!!

Very friendly place. Christina did my eyelash. I had never had them done before. She was very gentle took her time. She didn't rush me in and out. She is a pleasant and professional. Thank you for making my visit a good one
