Went to the store today around closing time and came out of the store VERY DISAPPOINTED. I should say staffs are accommodating and willing to help out but they lack on communication with each other.I was about to buy 2 dresses but I would like to try them on just to make sure it fits right on me as I hate going back for exchanges or returns. I asked the staff but responded that their fitting rooms are already closed. I clearly understand that as it was around closing time.On our way out, 1 person asked another staff if she could try on her stuff and the staff forgave her (in front of the staff i asked) for couple minutes. They all went to the fitting room and the girl staff i asked is the one who opened the door.That is very unfair treatment and naaahhh i won't visit this branch again..

Great experience at this store. Sabeeka from the Guildford location was extremely helpful and sweet. I came in to purchase some summer shorts, and when I went to checkout she looked online to see if a pair of shoes I wanted were cheaper online. Amazing customer service, she was very patient with me as well. I usually don’t have good experiences in retail stores, however she’s changed my outlook. Will be coming back to this location.

The staff in this store is amazingly helpful and polite. I've been on a hunt for mom jeans for quite sometime now and did not purchase jeans for years, I felt anxious to even just trying on jeans however, Daniel gave me professional advice with the knowledge of their products and genuine customer service. I felt supported and was very happy with my overall experience. This is the second time I've made a purchase in this same store, both of which during sale season and both happy experiences. I recommend shopping here if you're in looking for good quality, relaxed and comfort type of clothes.

This AE Store has the nastiest dressing rooms, you feel like you're getting into a gas station public washroom. The walls are no longer white, the floors are full of dust and the mirrors are full of stains.

FIRE SOME STAFF.YOU HAVE TOO MANY thanksI understand being greeted and asked if you need help when you enter a store. But I was in there for five minutes and asked four times if I needed help finding something. I'm there with family. Even at the til one of your staff seemed to think it was funny to come and ask me if I needed help. What is wrong with you guys ?!I will ask for help if I am needing it.Do you have too many people working there at once ?? Well then fire some. Cause they aren't doing any good.That's me saying it nicely.

I bought some pants the security tag, was left on by the rude cashier who served me. This location is also not great, metrotown one is so much better. Now I have to waste petrol and go back to guildford and get the dam tag removed, it would help if the cashier was awake in the first place.

If possible I could have gave Zero to the American Eagle Store at Guilford mall. They are updating wrong inventory online, I ordered two joggers and on app it was showing me ready for pickup today. But after taking the order and my money I got an email that only one is available for pick up other will be available after 15 days.The store staff is also so incompetent and non cooperative that they are not ready to cancel my order which is not available and give me another color in place of that which I ordered.Such a waste of time. totally unprofessional.
