Terrible experience. Miss filed my rent expense for the whole year and never properly resolved. I had to send ~10 emails to spell out to LUCAS the exact amount. NOTE, if you send him a 2-page document, he'll read 1 and good luck with that. Text book example of unethical practices.Follow up on Lucas' terrible practice: miss filed in Mar, I brought the issue to his attention in Sep, he sent one correction to CRA according to his words and still missed half of a year expense; I had to spell it out for him that there are 2 pages (this level of detail oriented skill is way BELOW a CPA!!!); He sent another correction that >2 months later CRA confirmed nothing requested. I changed the return myself on Nov 24 and scheduled to get a reassessment by Dec 3. His EXCUSE is lateness due to Covid!!?All rent is under my name, my partner hasn't been working and refund amount was selectively applied to her - whose fee apparently lower than mine (nice deflect but what is the full amount Lucas talking about, it's less than half the full amount).LESSON LEARNED: PLEASE read your tax return in its entirety before sign off anything from this company. I learned this in the most frustrating way and this org is definitely NOT CARE
