Extremely poor customer care . The lady at the counter literally yelled at me for wasting her time, said I wasn’t loyal because I didn’t buy my phone from there and was shopping around. She was training a new employee which is concerning.

I am a Freedom customer for 5 years so I want to change my current plan (4GB data is way too small nowadays). The female manager said there is NO WAY to change my plan because I don't want to change my current phone number to get a new line (which is for me very ridiculous as if it is very easy to remind all your contacts or online accounts that you've change your phone number for the sake of getting a new plan). I was so dissappointed at her leaving the store hopeless.Well to my own discovery, you can actually change your plan via Freedom app on your phone anytime you want (wait 10 minutes after for it to take effect into your account). I just did it successfully within few minutes and now I am wondering what the heck that lady is talking about. She should know it better than I do.

Very poor experience here. I knew the plan details better than the guy serving me after reading up on them for all of five minutes.Guy fed me some garbage about what's standard and tried some ineffectual high pressure sales tactics to make me feel like my options are limited and what is offered is the best I'll get.Don't bother trying to get an activation fee waived here. They don't do things like the other telecoms or Freedom stores. Shop elsewhere or with another telecom.Even a Freedom customer in the store advised me against signing with Freedom. This place couldn't attract flies if the store was covered in honey.

Rohith and lovely lady there (forgot to get her name but I have worked with her before) both were excellent! Super helpful, friendly and make sure to help me as best they could. Quick too! Thanks

I went to Freedom because of the excellent phone plan. I also needed a new phone and am very happy with my new phone. Those are the highlights.However, I would not recommend this location because after 3 trips to the store in 72 hours I am tired of the staff up selling me items to address the issues I have encountered. I am not in the position to throw any more money at the problem.I dealt with three different staff members and found they lacked empathy and the capacity to understand a consumer that wasn't in their age group.

One of the best customer service I got compare to other stores. Did not feel bore, the lady and the guy was amazing. People can get good service and deals over here. Cause, they re-activated my friends and family offer(15 dollars less compare to 60 dollars plan) where the other store did not inform me about before cancelling my offer. They were very helpful.

I would give this place negative stars if Google allowed me. The staff in the store is dishonest and rude to customers, especially when it comes to canceling plans.1. First the staff misled my daughter, a young student, into signing an expensive contract that she doesn't need at all. Why would a student in Canada require unlimited calls to/from the US?2. When we attempted to cancel the plan within the trial period, the store staff refused us to return the phone simply because the small piece of paper holder for the charging cable was missing. Excuse me?3. Then we even suggested purchasing the phone but canceling the plan, yet they still declined to accommodate us in the store. While I understand their desire to boost sales, their current approach feels like a money grab. This experience has completely eroded our trust in them as customers.In the end, we reached out to Freedom Mobile's customer service, and thanks to a helpful representative, we were able to cancel the plan without any issues. Their customer service team was professional and efficient.I strongly advise avoiding this particular Freedom Mobile location if you're considering purchasing a plan. Save yourself from the frustration and disappointment we encountered. Look for a more reliable and customer-friendly alternative.

Man oh man, 10/10 The best customer service I’ve ever received from any phone provider! Noreen is an absolute gem! I decided to get a new phone today and she, along with Rohith, provided me assistance on the whole thing. The store is super clean and has a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
