The Paddle Station

Amazing experience! Highly recommend choosing them for your next rafting/kayaking plan. Friends and I went kayaking yesterday and rafting the previous week. Friendly staff who explained everything well and cleared all our doubts. The staff also kept the equipment sanitized and ready for use. Overall it was a one-of-a-kind experience.Bonus - the views are stunning!

We really enjoyed the self guided boat ride from Shoulderice athletic park to St. Patrick Island, it was real fun and adventurous too because it started raining heavily and we had to stop near china town and then restarted our ride. Thanks to paddle station for the smooth process.

Had so much fun with my son! A great way to get in some beautiful views on the river. Keep in mind you need to take care of your own transportation to get back to your car at the starting point. Sandals or water shoes would be more convenient just in case you need to get in and out of the raft.

We had the best time with The Paddle Station recently! Our whole family (26 in all) rented kayaks and we enjoyed every moment of our two hour trip down the Bow. We can hardly wait to do it again!

We were visiting Calgary for the weekend and it was awesome to take our 2 boys for a Sunday afternoon float. Super easy... Left car at take-out, uber'ed to put-in. Quick set-up and just walked off to our car at the end.

Rafting experience was great. Really simple and fun not having to worry about inflating rafts or bringing your own life jackets. Staff could use some improvement in terms of communication and manners. Website highlights how important it is to be there on time and arrive 15-30 minutes early, yet we just were told to go wait. A giant line formed and checkins didn't even start until the booking time, we got on the water 40 minutes past booking time. So arriving early was a complete waste.At the end, staff basically just ignore you as you come in. No direction given about what to do with the raft or life vests. If we didn't approach somebody and ask what to do, we wouldn't have even known about the sign-out process. But all in all a good experience on the water, would use again although I'm curious to try another service and see how it compares.

I used their service twice this month; once for a 8people raft then for group of kayaks (singles and doubles). This is very convenient as you just show up (I recommend booking online first) and they'll have all what you need ready for you. They will explain the route for you but I recommend watching the video on their website the night before. It is not the cheapest rent but they save you the hustle of going to rental store, transporting the equipment to river, inflating the raft, then deflating and returning everything. Highly recommended!

The arrangements and everything was good. Just one thing, we were trying to get to customer care while rafting since one of our friend was stuck in the river since he did not know swimming. However, we were not able to reach Paddle Station guys and had to call police. That was not a good experience, otherwise everything was good.

We rent with The Paddle Station every summer because they provide awesome service with great pick up and drop off spots. Gear is in good condition, staff is friendly.

We really enjoyed the efficiency of The Paddle Station. We were checked in and our our raft fairly quickly. The one downside, that you can see in one photo is the back half of our raft was under-inflated. As we went along the river it was leaking until we were almost sitting in water by the end. We still had fun, but it would be good if there was more quality check before launching the rafts.
