My 85 year old mother was recently in an accident (she was fine) that was 100% the other driver's fault. I was very impressed with how Karen at Lori's office took charge and walked us through the process to make sure mom's claim was treated promptly and fairly. Everyone at State Farm did a great job following up and reassuring us every step of the way. Accidents are stressful enough, it is comforting to know that the rest of the experience will be as painless as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Lori's team to anyone.Scott

I have Auto and Renters insurance through them since before they were Desjardins they were state farm!
