pizzas were overcooked, crust was difficult to eat, breadsticks were rock solid. ordered extra toppings and got not that many. Was severely disappointed and won't be ordering again

Usually pretty good for delivery, but this time they flat out lied to me that they delivered it. I was standing outside waiting for it for awhile cause my app said it was out for delivery. Then it changed and said it was already delivered but I never seen anyone. Called them and they said it was delivered already and the delivery guy is back there already. I asked if he was here if he can tell me what vehicle is parked in the driveway? He was wrong. He kept insisting it was delivered but it was not. Not to happy right now

Absolutely horrible service. It took them an extra 20 minutes for delivery. Been trying to call them because as soon as it’s been delivered there’s items missing tried calling four different times each time they hang up horrible horrible location not impressed. Won’t be coming back.

Wish I could give less then 0 stars. Ordered 2 pizzas (including 1 that I paid extra for stuffed crust, boneless bites and a 2l. Ended up getting 2 pasta, 6 breadsticks, wings and a 2 liter. Might be the most impressive screw up I've ever seen. Not happy about it and no response from the store or parent company. Wont recommend to anyone after tonight... Finally got a response and they wouldn't just refund my money or give me a credit to use online. They should have refunded to my original payment like other businesses do or just send me the right order but they decided to stop communicating. Terrible service from top to bottom

Website says they are open until 12am after sitting on hold for 5 minutes the person taking my order advised me that the North shore Pizza Hut closed at 4pm, change your website then. What pizza place closes at 4pm on a Saturday night. 2nd time they’ve closed early on a weekend, no staff close Monday, Tuesday, last time I call them.

Two large pizzas. Sixty dollars. Generous tip. Well-made pizzas arrived crushed and elongated, clearly mistreated by the delivery driver. It was a Sunday night, ours were the only pizzas in the hot bag - and yet, our pizzas were destroyed. I cannot express how disappointed I am in the poor service I received, and will be informing everyone I know to avoid this location for any future business. What a shame.

Paid 4.99 for the bread and 2.99 for this cheese that isn't even melted. What even is this? Bread is soggy and the cheese that is there isn't even melted.It's blows my mind someone looked at this and thought looks good" then boxed it.Little bit of standards or quality control would be nice."
