This is my first time giving negative feedback since I'm super upset about their service. The lawyer assistant is very unprofessional and not responsive. Bad communications, not respond to calls or emails, provided wrong information and made mistakes in the legal documents, no updates about any progress. I was not treated as a client at all! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed about the experience, I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone.
