Terrible ethicsI hired their services a while ago for a new kitchen and countertops in a new houseThe island was supposed to have a one piece countertopWe received a countertop with a join 2 feet from the end of a 10 foot island.The join is so bad it will tip a glass over if you slide it on the counterI voiced my concerns and nothing was doneAnd was told nothing could be done because the island was 2 inches too big for a single slab like we discussed in the designing stage.They said the island “grew a few inches”in the designing stageI said I shouldn’t have to pay full price because of this mistake and they threatened with litigationEvery time I look at this countertop my blood boils and am reminded this company’s lack of ethics.
