Well, I returned to school as an adult 40+ to complete my OSSD and also to learn. My first credit I started with was my grade 11 English, taught by Rob Oxford, while he is an Ok person, the man did not teach English... this man talked about hardly anything relevant to English through the whole course to pile all major assignments in the last week and a half. On to the principal when confronted about Oxford, nothing but what would you like me to do"? do not to get any good response from the head of this school. The attitude from the secretary in the principals area is depressing

St. John Adult Learning Centre
Back in 1992 when I was freshly unpacked from El salvador as new immigrant to Canada. St Johns was a great place to welcome me and slowly introduced me to my new country's culture. I now live in Denver Colorado but memories still remain. There was an ESL teacher by the name of Michael and he was from Poland. Great teacher.
