Larosh hides hidden charges from you, my bill turned out to be a lot more than the Larosh told me. Make sure you read the papers and don’t get confused in the “additional fees” even after cancelling I was charged upgrade fees and additional b.s worth of 200$.

I went there, worst experience ever. Staff with negligent attitude. Poor customer skills of the guy at the store, seems don’t want to solve my problem. At grasslands, staff was amazing. Never want to go there again. Never recommended!!!!!

A friend and I went here cause he wanted to purchase a phone outright. Was told they don't sell phones unless they're on contract and to try elsewhere to buy a phone. Ended up going to a competitor with no issues.

Store hours are not accurate. Says they open at noon on Sunday but I've been waiting for 20 minutes and the store is still not open. No one will answer the phone inside either. I've also watched a few people walk up, try the door and walk away. Looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere as I just don't have time to wait around.

The worst sale staff telling you everything you want to hear to make a sale even lying about phone models the Sony zl is water proof" what a moron... went back a month later... same guy complete idiot said the rugby wasnt water proof
