I picked up a few things from here during the pandemic. Service was fast, safe, friendly and efficient. I got home only to realize a mount I had picked up was too big for the garage. I wrote them an email and they responded promptly! I returned it soon after and was refunded immediately. Great customer service, awesome products at competitive prices I highly recommend!

This place is well stocked, clean and bright. I bought a Tiger Tail roller and a 2 in 1 foam roller at a lower cost than online. I'll shop here again.

I never shopped in-store because I am not in Ottawa. But I do know one thing, their online customer service is horrendous.Place an order on Nov 23rd, paid $60 for shipping. The order did not arrive until almost one month later when the shipping time indicates 6 business days. I UNDERSTAND that because of its COVID time.I tried to get in touch with the seller. Because I was told by the carrier CANPAR to do so, in case the package was lost. Then I could be getting a refund. I did not get any reply what so ever. I called twice, no one ever picks up the phone. I emailed them three times. Only the first email got replied. In short, the email says the tracking number indicates it's on the way."I discussed with my bank and put a block on that payment. And then finally the item arrived. And the seller decided to call me twice in one day and emailed me for the same reason. Asked me to remove the block. That is fine with me too. But you can see how difficult it is to get a reply as an online customer. They will contact you if the payment has an issue but not when you (customer) has an issue or concern.Maybe the in-store experience will be different

Great customer service! They had the best price for a specific product and it was ready for pick up a couple days after I ordered it. Operating hours aren’t the best but they went above and beyond to make sure I could get my item.

I paid for a 1k set of iron master dumbbells and the stand came a little damaged normaly i woudnt mind but i paid 1k for the kit so i want it clean i send them picture they told me they would get back to me but they never did (Sorry for my poor english i am french)

I’ve never ordered online and gotten the items same day. Ordered in the morning at 6am and the items were delivered to my place by 2pm the same day. All items intact, really nice delivery person, can’t be more impressed right now!

Took over 2 months to deliver small metal parts that were supposed to be included in the box when I picked up a plate rack (with bar holder). They initially tried to get me to spend more resources for their error (coming in a second time during their very limited opening hours). The item is impossible to fully assembled without washers that should have been included in the package. I was told once in October that it would be delivered by a courier, then in early December that it will be delivered by Canada Post, untracked. October 18 to today, it still has not arrived. Item was also initially marked out of stock, called to ask when it would be in stock, I was told it was in-stock, then I went in-store to discover it was at a significantly different price, and the wrong model was pictured on the website. Order from here if you want non assembled gym equipment sitting, unusable in your home for going on three months, for reason of their oversight.

Let me preface this review by pointing out how thoroughly disappointed I am by this company's total disregard for their customers.I originally placed an order for a wheel kit for my bench, and they sent me the wrong one. Then, they proceeded to explain to me that in order to receive the product I already paid for, I was responsible for shipping the item they sent to me by mistake back to them. They explained to me that I had to pay for the shipping, and that they were not willing to pay for it themselves. Instead, they offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. This was actually an enticing offer, so I agreed to their terms. I essentially paid for this company's mistake by shipping the wrong wheel kit back to them at a cost of $19.00.I was told on August 27th that I would receive a 10% discount on my next product for their shipping error. I tried to contact them on numerous occasions to receive the 10% discount since then, and I haven't heard anything from them.To be frank, I am furious and pretty insulted with this abominable level of customer service. I am forced to pay out of my own pocket for their shipping error while they hold my actual item hostage. All with the promise of providing me with a discount that, up until this point, have no intention of actually sending me.It's sincerely my hope that, upon reading this review, their customer service team will reach out to me and do the right thing.

Put in the order Sunday night and had the equipment delivered next day Monday. They even refunded the shipping fee due to proximity to the store. Appreciate the fast and honest service.
