I recently went to have my ears/hearing checked by JoAnn Klassen because I had some concerns and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience! I’d been to an audiologist before and did not particularly feel I’d been taken care of properly and had left the premise still feeling lost. My appointment with JoAnn was completely different and a huge step up from the other place. Her patience and kindness throughout the whole process made me feel very comfortable and at ease as she cleaned my ears and performed very thorough testing which I greatly appreciated. She is very well-versed as she was able to answer any questions while thoroughly explaining everything in a clear and concise manner for me to understand and be on the same page. I 100% recommend her to anyone who is seeking an audiologist!

Highly recommended.After enduring a bad blockage in my ear for nearly a week and a fruitless attempt at flushing my ear by myself at home, I called JoAnn's clinic hoping to be seen later that day. Luckily for me, she saw me later that day and did an excellent job at clearing out my ears. I had a really bad blockage in one ear that was stubborn at coming out which took multiple rounds of water flushing and suction to get it to budge, but budge it eventually did all thanks to JoAnn's hard work and patience!

Jo-Anne saw me today for a sudden worsening of my existing hearing loss due to middle ear fluid after a cold. She was a literal angel and cared for me in every possible way. I am so glad I found Aud-Ability (Audiologist JoAnn Klassen). She's an independent audiologist, which means her business is not owned by a hearing aid company. She gave me a very thorough hearing test (more in-depth than the test my mother gets at a clinic owned by a hearing aid company) and took the time to answer my many questions. I felt immediately comfortable with her, and from the start I trusted her professionalism and integrity. She has an easy, relaxed manner. She was very thorough, and when it came to finding the right aids for me she was very knowledgeable about the different brands and types available. She took the time to help me find comfortable aids that work well for me at home, out in public, and at work where I'm often in noisy settings. I am SUPER pleased with my aids and with JoAnn's service. When I have a question she's easy to reach and always ready to help. I had put off dealing with hearing loss for several years, dreading the whole thing. But with Aud-Ability it has been smooth and pleasant, and hearing better has affected my confidence and even my mental health in ways I never expected. Highly highly recommended!!!
