I bought my son a game but when i gave it to him it wasnt the right one, i brought it back the next day and the staff there had no problem exchanging ir for the proper game

Really enjoy shopping at this location. Staff are ready to help but also ready to let me browse without breathing down my neck, which is a nice change compared to other stores. They even ordered something in for me when they didn’t have any stock of an item that has likely been off the shelves for years, so I was super grateful for that! Store is always clean, product is always accessible. Overall haven’t had any negative experiences here!

A few years ago I came to this store and it wasn't the greatest, I never got called for my pre orders or they randomly disappeared, ever since Katherine the manager started there, this store has become amazing, the store has way better stock the staff have become way more friendly, and Katherine herself as a manager is so knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to, and very helpful, some weekend we even come by to even just browse what's new and say hi, and the store is always on top of all the new stuff, my fiance and I love coming here now.Also Thank you Katherine and your staff for being so Amazing :D

I love this store! It is always very well stocked and there are always new displays to check out whenever I go in! I am always greeted by friendly faces. I can tell the staff are genuinely happy to help! Katherine, the store manager is by far the best manager I have met at any store! She is more than happy to drop what she is doing and give me a hand, and has done so on several occasions:)10/10 would recommend this location! Keep up the good work Oshawa centre game stop staff!

This would easily be a 5 star review but the manager there ‘dark/grey curly hair and glasses) always gives me a hard time when I’m browsing. I don’t get a lot of time to shop games as a father these days so I stop in to see what’s new for me and my kid. I typically always spend $100 minimum but lately I’ve been going elsewhere because of the rudeness displayed from this woman the last 4 times I’ve gone in. We are always polite and respectful so I’m not sure why she targets us (or at least it feels that way). Hoping to be able to come back to my favourite store at some point. The other staff are top notch tho and please don’t let this reflect on them.

I bought a controller trigger kit, it was sold without the product in it. When called, the person who picked up was very rude and said I should check if the box was empty or not. It should be other way round, the person at the billing counter should check and ensure the product is in the box before billing. First thing is you don't have to be rude with any customer, it's your primary responsibility to check and ensure the content is in side the box. I will be coming tomorrow to pick up the kit I paid for. Being polite is not a big deal guys.

From what I've seen with the reviews, some individuals are being very disrespectful and the employees there DO NOT deserve the harassment. The manager there is so sweet and is very knowledgeable when it comes to products and discounts on other things too. Katherine is someone who is approachable and is able to help with whatever the customer needs. Either it is games, toys and/or cards, she can help. She is also nice when engaging customers on the phone. Katherine is a dependable member and WILL NOT tolerate disrespectful to her fellow co-workers and customers alike. All the employees there are very friendly and nice to talk to when cashing out. If I were to recommend a gamestop store, I would tell people to come to this store cause of the reasons above.

I went in to pre order some items and I was greeted by Royce one of the best interactions I have had, being extremely open and honest with very helpful and open ideas. Was able to give me more than what I aimed to get when I got to the store and I left happier then we I walked in.

I will say that it's one of the best, if not the best GameStop I go to. I order all my preorders from here, and it's never been an issue. I order, a ridiculous amount of Funkos, and they always call me as soon as they get there . The team is always great, to the people who say that they are rude for telling the kids not to run around. They are doing their job because if your kid gets hurt, you'll blame them. Keep up the great work, everyone, and Head Office for GameStop. Maybe be nice and buy them lunch and dinner once in a while, get the District Manager to reward the employees. They do deserve it.-Moses.
