Adelia came to help me with our first baby as I had no idea what to do:) she helped me learn how to take care of Jackson by showing how to bathe him, how to massage him, what to do when he has gasses and other small things like first infant pimples and how to treat them (just apply mothers milk! :) I also messaged Adelia a few times with questions I had and she always replied to me :) thanks Adelia! You are very companionate, caring and knowledgeable :)

I had my second baby with doula, and it was a very good experience. Her name is Adelia, she helped me to concentrate on my child and forget about pain. She was very professional and helpful. Adelia also took a lot of great pictures, which are now my favorite once! I wish I knew her when I had my first son)

Be With Mom
I took three prenatal classes with Adelia and it was totally worth it. The classes covered topics such as the process of labor and birth, details of medical procedures and interventions, pain relief choices, caring for newborns, and breastfeeding. Adelia was able to give answers to all my questions and concerns and helped me to prepare for a positive childbirth.I would definitely recommend her to someone who is looking for support and information about pregnancy and childbirth.

I would like to thank Doula Adelia for her proffesional help with prenatal preparation which allowed me to have my daughter without medication and be ready emotionally and mentally for birth.I highly recommend Adelia to future mothers!

Adelia was very supportive and encouraging during 38 hours of my labour. Sometimes I think that I couldn't make it without her. She is a great doula and birth photographer. Hiring her was the best decision ever.
