I bought a new bike it was a good experience I was treated very nice

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor customer service. Won't return phone calls, must not need my business. Oh well. Do not recommend.

Shout out to the boys for staying late to get me out of a jam . Had an engine go down at 530 . Back to work for the night shift . Thanks again .

Would have been good to know they were closing over the long weekend before we traveled 4 hours round trip to find a note taped to the door :(

Am really disappointed about this place they had my kawasaki teryx750 it wasn't running they couldn't figured it out for 3 month they keep telling me to buy parts now the don't want to refund my money. I have it back still not running and they will not refund my money for parts it didn't even need.

Hands down worst customer service in town. As a company who deals with lots of businesses, and generally always get great customers service, we have found this one to be almost impossible to deal with. Terrible parts people! Ordered an injector for a Honda side by side and was sent something totally wrong. Went to return it and was told it's bent even though it hadn't been used and was brand new. Finally convinced ignorant white haired guy to return it but was still charged a 30% restocking charge even though THEY had sent out wrong part. We have tried to deal with this company in the past, as they are local and we try and shop local as best we can, but have almost always had poor to terrible service with them. Best of luck!

Sold me a dodgy bike, everytime I call the only person that can deal with the problem happens to be busy not happy took my money said call whenever you need help and don't seem Intrested in helping at all
