We enjoyed their feast at my nephew’s wedding this past weekend! All I can say, is Wow! Delicious Brisket! Everything was spectacular, my mouth is still watering! Thank you for making my nephew and new nieces wedding even more special :)

I fancy myself be to somewhat of a foodie and BBQ expert myself but if I’m driving and see the Schmittys Smoked Meats food truck you better hang on because I’ll be whipping in that parking lot faster than you can say brisket!Excellent food from a family run business, I may be slightly addicted to his smoked cheese so make sure you take home a hunk of Gouda if it’s available!

Tyler and the Schmitty's team catered our pre-wedding dinner recently, and it was absolutely fantastic! The brisket was definitely a hit. I've had barbecue in the southern US and many places, and the Schmitty's brisket was about as good as I've tasted! Thank you Schmitty's!

Tyler has by far the best smoked meat I’ve ever had in my life. Whether it be the brisket, pulled pork, smoked cheese, burnt pork belly ends or whatever you choose from his menu your mouth waters just looking at it. The seasoning, quality of food and customer service is top class and 100% professional. Every time I come back to Saskatchewan first thing I do is get some of Schmitty’s smoked meat to take home to Alberta because nothing compares. Highly recommend for any function as they will not disappoint!

We had Schmitty's cater our wedding a month and a half ago and the food was fantastic! We had so many compliments from friends and family, and the supper was definitely the highlight of the night. Full of flavor and more than enough for guests to have seconds.
