~Maintenance staff need more training on how to conduct themselves professionally ie: Properly cleaning up any mess made after a work-order within a tenants unit. -1 star~no pre-screening of tenants. Garbage/cardboard disposal/general bylaws not followed properly by tenants ie: Some tenants are excessively loud past 11pm to sometimes 3am and the disposal area usually looks like a dumpsite. -1 star~Rent is the cheapest in Ottawa. +3 stars

It looks and feels really run down and is generally loud. Cheap in price... and in quality.
