Dogtopia of Douglas Glen

Our dog has been going to Dogtopia for FOUR years!! I wouldn’t take her anywhere else! Great staff who CARE about my dog , her well being and will always look out for her best interest! This is not a job I could do and I am so grateful for the wonderful staff and how much they care for our fur family!!

My dog, Dorothy, has been going to Dogtopia of Douglasglen for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the care that all of the staff provides. Dorothy loves it here and is so pumped every time she jumps out of the vehicle and runs to the front door. They clearly give her lots of love and affection, which keeps her coming back. Can’t say enough good things about everyone! If you need care for your dog, or boarding (which Dorothy has also taken advantage of) I highly recommend Dogtopia of Douglasglen to anyone!

It was our first time visiting Dogtopia and wow! They did an amazing job with our 9 yr old guy today. I forgot to mention to trim his ear short, but the groomers did it! He had a few negative experiences at other groomers in the past not listening to how we like his cut - so happy we don’t have to worry about that anymore. So perfect!! I definitely recommend bringing your pup here. Thank you to the groomers who took care of Dash!

Have been taking my pug here for over a year now and it's been great - he gets excited to go to school" and always has the best sleeps after a full day of playing. The facility is very clean

We started taking out 9 month old puppy to Dogtopia a month ago. The staff are fantastic and the facility is really clean. Our dog had an incident with another dog and it was handled very politely and professionally. Emily and her team are awesome and we are excited to come back in the New Year.

Have had my dog going there for the last year. I find all the staff take great care of him, and he even enjoys being there with the staff and the other dogs.

We definitely recommend Dogtopia of Douglas Glen to every pawrents who are looking for a fun and a safe place for their fur babies. After months of daycare, we can't imagine going elsewhere. Special thanks to Maddi who has provided topnotch care and attention to our dog. She's definitely a great addition to the team.

We have loved Dogtopia Douglas Glen from day one, they have been there from day one when we got Rosie as a puppy and kept her socialized with other dogs, to a year down the road being a place for her to play while we expanded our family, to moving away and back again making us feel like no time had passed. The staff are the most lovely people that pay attention to detail, are friendly and reliable and I know my dog is in good hands always.

Not everyone reads long google reviews so I will split this into twoShort review:1. 10/10 would recommend2. Tired puppy after daycare3. Safe environment; even left my puppy here for almost 3 weeks4. Personalized service; all staff are SUPER friendly, knows our name (pup and owner) and greets us with smiles every single time5. Went to a different (not dogtopia) daycare (due to their neuter policy and neuter schedule of my pup) and the service was not even close to Dogtopia Douglasglen6. Been taking my pup here since he was 5 months old7. All staff really loves all the puppies and gives them so much attention and love, which we can vet through the camerasLong review:I’ve been taking my pup here since he was 5 months old and their service has been top notch. I have a lab puppy and all lab owners know that they NEVER get tired, but he is so tired by the time we pick him up from daycare that he sleeps through the car ride and after his meal at home. All the staff knows their clients, both pup and human, by name and greets them with joy as soon as you park in the parking lot. I had to go to a different daycare facility a few months ago (not dogtopia) because my pup was neutered a bit older than what their policy states, and my experience there was not even close to our experience here (the staff on the other one does not seem to be happy to see their clients and never greeted us with the same excitement we felt in this facility); and I was so glad when I am able to take my pup back here. All the staff are really friendly and we can really tell they love dogs. We recently went outside the country and felt confident when we left our pup here for almost 3 weeks that he will be safe and cared for. Everyone from the team made sure that my pup is ready months before his long stay. The manager even gave us her personal contact information so we can reach out to her anytime about our puppy; we also got pictures from the team through instagram and saw that our puppy was having a blast! This has been my pup’s happy place that he gets really excited when he notices we are at their parking lot; we even called this facility as our dog’s disneyland.If i can rate them more than 5 stars, I honestly would. 10/10 would recommend.Pictures are from his first daycare and a recent one
