Had a very nice doctor, didn't have to wait too long, like some places.Froze me and it didn't hurt but a pinch. Removed my cyst and went back 10 days later to remove my stitches...they are accepting new patients!

Had a great experience today! I was booked in for a consult with Dr. Klippenstein. I was about 10 min early and was taken directly into a treatment room! He was understanding of my concerns and answered all the questions I had about surgery. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.

Dr Stephanie Johnston is a wonderful human being. She’s very respectful to the patient’s needs and feelings. She is very thorough and delivers it in a caring way. Very professional.

If i could give no stars i would! I have seen every ob in the clinic over the last few years by their doing, swapping me around. just tried to book a appt and told that i will need a referral. get a referral and they tell me i cant have more than one ob. there receptionists are unbelievably rude and do not care what you have to say. they are not professional in any matter. i would NEVER recommend someone to this clinic! absolutely horrible service! Way over booked and no consideration for timely responses!

I found Dr. Klippenstein to be very easy going, he answered my questions throughly and explained all medical reccomendations/procedures without pressure, and seems to practice progressive medicine. His receptionist is great and they have accomodated me when I had to move appointments, and very rarely did I have to wait very long. Great experience !

They have failed to keep their appointments multiple times for example ill call ahead and set a appointment for 10:30 am and i didn't get in to see the doctor till about 11:10-11:15Also tried having them remove me from their patient list receptionist was loud, rude and refused to do it consonantly speaking over me.Ended up having to notify health canada and file a complaint against dr Randune and her staff.I also should add that i was trying to be removed from their patient list so i could be added to another medical center's list to get a appt scheduled for my asthma medication.them refusing to do so delayed me getting the prescription by a few days so if you have a serous medical condition i would recommend steering clear they WILL NOT take it seriously and can end in you having to go to the hospital for emergency treatment all cause their staff thinks its a sick joke.

The website is not updated(no one is aware about, no notes whatsoever) so me and my partner registered for the appointment as it says they accept walk-ins. So when we went there we met a very rude Asian lady receptionist, who it was very hard to communicate with, she was just throwing answers, “no”, “we don’t”, “it’s not, “not updated”. So poor customer services. Do not recommend to attend this clinic.

I came to this Dr after my dr of 20 years retired. Dr labiyaratne didn't agree with medication I had been taking for years, medication that was working well for me. It exacerbated my condition landing me in the hospital for a week. I lost all my trust in Drs because of this.Fact is, you get an opinion and that varies from Dr to Dr. This time it cost me heavily.It's places like this that cause me to trust institutions less and less.If this is what regular visits to a Dr office are, I'd rather weather any storm.I do not recommend.

Everytime my spouse go here. She came back upset or in tears. We saw Dr Georgia Leafus during pregnancy, she is Ok but her receptionist always is unwelcoming and rude.never accommodate our appointment dates.We mentioned about this to the doctor once but nothing changed. Last time she didn't give our prescription and told us only fax to pharmacy for some reason. . Hope we don't have to go back here. I hope management should do something about it.

Amazing place, I've been seeing Dr. James and she has been very good and knowledgeable and understanding, good doctor good listener! Would recommend her.And her receptionist jema is also awesome very nice and polite!
