I love this store. It is a cool shop for great music and pop culture t-shirts. My kids love anything Anime. They have a great selection of My Hero Academia and we found a few pieces of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure items if you love these shows. Certain items sell out quick but they have great deals monthly. If you spend over $30 dollars or more you get Hot Topic dollars that you can use towards your next purchase. Super worth getting thise HT dollars. Great teen nick nacks and funky items.

I've visited this location a decent amount of times and got great customer service on all occasions.Employees were friendly, interactive, and helpful went customers were in search/need of something.From my experiences,if the item wasn't available at their location, you can ask to check the other locations to see if they have any instock.

Was trying to buy a gift for a friend, so I called into the store and had the pleasure of speaking to someone called V. She was so friendly and actually got out to explain which items were available over the phone. I drove over in half an hour and she actually approached me first and helped me find the items I was looking for. V made the entire shopping experience amazing. She is honestly the best store associate I have ever met. Thank you! =)

That staff at this store is absolutely amazing and friendly. This is my daughter's favourite store, not only do they have a great selection, but the staff is amazing and very helpful. My daughter shops there so much, that when I went shopping for her birthday, I asked one of the staff members if by chance they were able to telle.if myself or my daughter had previously purchased a tee shirt. They were able to look up my account and figure out that we already had it. Crisis adverted! I really can't say enough good stuff about the staff at this store.

The staff are always so nice, usually I just browse but this time I bought some cute nose rings! I didn't realize at the time they were quite too thick for my nose so I used the thinnest one. It hurt a little to put in but I just brushed it off as me not using nose rings in a long time. The next morning I was my face and ofc my hand touched the ring a little and my nose ring hole starts bleeding! Be careful when you get them and know if it'll fit your nose!!

I usually go there to buy shirts and gifts, this time I was about to recommend this particular store, we asked for some items from some bands because we could not decide what to buy, but after the girl sayed that band sucks" refering to my friend favorite band
