JD Sport is definitely a trendy store that nails the whole atmosphere with loud hip-hop music. The concept is on point, and they've created an environment that captures that vibe really well. However, there's one major letdown—the staff.I get it, they're trying to be cool and all, but they need to remember that they're there to help customers and provide good service. Instead, they come off as more interested in acting tough and maintaining their image. It really brings down the overall experience.

Tim who works at the store was very helpful, he searched the shoe for my son both online and in store, we did purchase the air Jordan 3 !! My son is super happy !!

Worst shopping experience ever, order place beginning of February. I heard nothing back as far as if my purchased had been shipped. After 2 weeks I inquired which is extremely difficult as when you call their customer service line. There ONLY line. “Mailbox it full” is the automated message so I had to sit online for 10 HOURS. I’m not exaggerating to get an online customer service against who tells me the product was shipped and I was given a tracking number. Which I then used and come to find out my product had been ready in the warehouse for pickup by the carrier for 2 WEEKS! Upon complaining I was ASSURED TWICE my product would be prioritized and shipped via Express as I was needing this for a birthday gift. I’m pleased with this response until each day passes and I hear NOTHING about my order shipping. So finally yesterday after an entire MONTH had gone by I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I don’t no what the deal is but after googling I wasn’t surprised to see there customer reviews were all HORRIBLE and had a whopping 2 stars on google. What a suprise. Will never shop there again.

Tim at JD Sports provided exceptional service during my shoe shopping experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect shoes for me. I highly recommend Tim for his outstanding assistance. Thank you, Tim, for going above and beyond!

Online orders are brutal. They take your money and then leave you hanging. The person I talked to online was nice but after weeks of promising updates on my order I received nothing. In store might be different but I will stay away from this place from now on.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Their customer service is almost non existent after trying every way possible to contact them, I finally went to their Facebook page and sent a message through Facebook messenger. Finally received a response after some days. As a paying customer, I should not have to hunt them down for an online purchase I made. I eventually received my order, but if I hadn't made any attempts at contacting them, I'm sure I would have had to wait a lot longer... I'm aware that there are many others that had similar experiences. I don't think I will be making another purchase with them again.

I purchased a pair of sneakers online and later proceeded to check JD sports google reviews to which I saw it was 1.9 and tbh I got concerned. So I immediately instigated follow up to which I received excellent care and customer service. Within 4 days from my purchase, the item was at the Guilford location for pick up.I am confident some of the reviews are legitimate and raise areas of necessary improvements; and, judging from my case, JD sports has been working on those improvements and are truly trying hard to set standards of high calibre customer service.Thank you support for your email updates. Do not buy online from this company. Been waiting a month for a product to be shipped with no communication. This charge was already taken at the time of purchase and no updates have been provided in spite of 3 emails and 4 phone calls. When you call nobody picks up the phone, when you email, nobody responds back. If I don’t receive any communication in the next 2 weeks, I’ll be going to my credit card company and reporting as fraud.Update: I did finally get my order in June that was made in April. It would have been good to have communication at least telling me there was a delay. I should mention that the order that just arrived after waiting was incorrect.

Got help from a dude named Tim and he had some helpful advice about the sizing of certain shoes! I totally got a different size than I was expecting! Didn't take too long to wait either! Lots of sales at the moment too!
