A note to thank Kerri and staff for the great Customer Service i received,when my battery went flat while my wife and myself were isolating at home.My wife has Cancer and the last thing i would want is for me to go out andbring home the Virus. Kerri set it up with Tedco RV SUPPLIES In Brooks wood to have Briancome and replace me battery at my house.He was just great, as i didn't have to go outside just talked to him out my window and he quickly did the repair.Home replacement is not usually done.So thanks again for taking a hugeissue off my mind. Thinking out of the box by Kerri to solve my problemwas the best Customer Service one could get, and it says a great deal about what the Company is all about to deal with.

I'm sure we have purchased well over 1000 batteries from Interstate over the years. Their batteries and their service have been excellent. If you buy an Interstate battery you have chosen a good quality product.

The people that work here are friendly helpful and most importantly know exactly what they are doing. They can help you with issues and even figure things out for you. They also have the best prices on Quality Batteries around. They are the only place I buy my batteries from and send all of my friends there too.

We are a very busy RV shop in Chilliwack and have been selling Interstate Batteries for almost 20 year. The Batteries are great quality and we absolutely LOVE dealing with Dave Neufeld (our delivery driver). He goes above and beyond to get us what we need in a timely manner, He is Always friendly, courteous and very respectful. As a business owner, that is a hard quality to find these days. Pam and Amanda, in the office are a pleasure to deal with as well...very knowledgeable!

Friendly knowledgeable accommodating staff. Helped me out replacing battery on my SUV and for 5 ton with a great price. Saved me hundreds compared to what I had envisioned paying for all four batteries. Location is easy to get too as well right under the bridge. Pleasant experience all around.

Staff there were more interested in arguing over invoices that serving customers. Left after a few long minutes of waiting around. I guess business must be great when you ignore customers of their way in and out.Go elsewhere! This store is a distribution center for the other interstate outfits who are nothing less than excellent. As a result, if you are needing a RV battery for a 150 bucks or so. It's to small potatoes for this particular store.

Have been using interstate batteries in a fleet of heavy equipment, small equipment and trucks. Batteries are good quality and are reasonably priced. Staff is always pleasant to deal with

My review is on the battery not the distributor.Purchased my Interstate Battery 2 years ago (upon the advise of the mechanic who changed my oil). I went up to Kelowna last week and the battery was dead the following morning. We had it jump started and recharged. The following morning the battery was dead again! How could a 2-year old battery die just by going over the mountains? I was also made to pay for a new battery even it was still under warranty! To me, this battery cost me more because of the stress of having to revive it 3x and more so losing a lot of quality family fun time! Will have to check for other reliable brands.

Manager Mark provides the worst customer service. Interstate had my two suspect GC2 batteries for two days and all I got was, they charged them but did not test them as they were over the one year warranty and to take them away! Mark convinced me if I wanted a GC2 battery to last more than one year I should buy another brand not Interstate!

Needed some advice and a new battery for our RV this morning and Adam helped us out. His knowledge of the product and excellent attitude made the purchase quick and easy. Great customer service. Thanks Adam. Dan.
