Kyle and Brent were very accommodating with our extra requests and provided examples of houses with the colors we were interested in so we could see it in person. We even changed our color selection as a result and are very happy with the service and installation. The crew was good to work with and our neighbours also got their roof done as a result of the professionalism and willingness to share Information about roofing expectations and industry standards. I had my house and garage shingles replaced. Very professional service. They took pictures of the roof to show current condition and again when job was complete. Itz Roofing was very professional and reasonably priced for such a professional job. We had part of our roof blow off on the snow storm this past winter and Itz Roofing came in so quickly to get everything fixed and looking great - we just did a patch this time, but when we replace the roof we know who to call. Itz Roofing was awesome to deal with, we where in the process of moving so most of the time I was in a different province. Brent was able to work with my schedule and get our roof redone even sooner then I had expected. I had my asphalt shingles done by Itz roofing about a year ago. Kyle came out to do my initial consultation and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He pointed out some soft spots on my roof that would need to have the sheeting replaced as well as around a couple vents. He also pointed out that I would need some more venting for my attic to have the proper circulation. Since then I have gone through all four seasons and I can say the quality of workmanship shows. My roof has no bare patches of snow in the winter like it used to due to lack of circulation and it looks amazing. I had a couple other companies provide me with an estimate and Itz roofing came right in the middle. I am happy I paid the extra to get them as I feel I got it back in value. I would use Itz roofing again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!!

Brent and Kyle and the onsite crew did a fantastic job on redoing the shingles of our row houses. From the time I contacted them until the job was completed the communication has been fantastic.I was never left wondering what was going on and when things were going to happen. They have gone over and above even helping with our warranty work. I'm amazed at the great clean up job they did each day and how quiet the crew was. Even the neighbours have commented to me about what a great job they did and how clean they were. I would highly recommend Itz Roofing.

We recently had our old roof replaced by Itz Roofing and we are very happy with with what they did. Very professional initial presentation with pictures of the old roof and options for upgrades. They cleaned up at the end of each day and whenever I had a concern or question Kyle got back to me within a few hours.A representative from the company stopped by a few days after they had finished to make sure that we were completely satisfied.The whole experience was stress free and we highly recommend Kyle and his crew for your new roof.

Due to great weather in October we decided to have our garage roof at the lake replaced. I requested quotes from 3 roofers; using the on line request form available on the Itz Roofing web site I got a quick response from Kyle. He asked for pictures and then returned a very detailed and comprehensive estimate. Total costs from all 3 estimates were quite similar but I liked the level of detail Kyle provided as well as the good reviews on Home Stars and the fact that the company is a member of the BBB and had good ratings. Once I accepted his quote the roof was done within a week. Kyle kept me well informed of schedule and progress and answered all of my questions openly and honestly. We went out to visit the site during the work and found the crew to be friendly and informative. Work site was kept clean and free of nails, etc. and the new roof looks great. I found Kyle to be very accommodating, responsive and professional. We will likely have him re-roof our cabin in the future as well. Highly recommended.
