I have been trying to place an order for several days and sent multiple emails, applied to create an account twice and placed multiple calls. One response to an email that was short and did not answer anything I inquired about, they have not accepted or allowed me to create an account and lastly they have not answered the phone. I have had their business page open with all my items in the card for a couple days and still haven't made my purchase due to their lack of response. I am a business owner and have offered to show them my license or anything to speed up this process but no response. I even went on their facebook page and sent them a message and yet again no response.Still waiting for a response if I do get one.

Worst Customer service and product was never sent and I requested for a refund and it never came. Worst company ever. They shorted us twice in our orders - never refunded us and never sent us the backordered" products. Contacted several times by phone and email but never responded. They used to be a very good business to purchase from.I drove to the supplier address and it is in a residential neighbourhood in a not very nice looking duplex apartment building????Stay far away from this company."

The wrong applicator and wax was shipped to me and they did not respond to multiple phone calls and emails regarding exchange or return. Customer service is non existent.

Customer service used to be top notch but unfortunately has really slipped. Pier Auge Gentle peel exfoliant is the best peel I've ever worked with professionally in the past and ordering in the past was amazing but I tried to reorder on and off for the past 2 years and when I finally got thru to confirm credentials was told to send my order via text message...When clicking on see outside" or referencing the actual address thru Google street view it takes to a residential townhouse complex that looks nothing like the business photo posted online

I have been trying to contact this company for the past 2 months... I have left numerous phone messages, applied for an account twice and nothing happens! Sent multiple emails and have gotten only 2 email responses 4 weeks after initial email was sent and they stated they apologize for the inconvenience and that they would like to take my order. But then never responded to my email with my new order. I would not recommend ordering from this company as you will just be ignored. Very unimpressed.

Since they closed their location on Main St., it’s start to be a problem. I made my order April 2nd, they got my payment, but since then - no single sign they are exist at all. I still didn’t get my order, and I called them many times, left massages, sent a massage on Facebook, but nobody calls me back or contact. Really a “good way” to manage the business.

Save yourself a lot of frustration and shop somewhere else!! Emails are left unanswered for days on end, shipments are delayed and questions about these things are met with lies and excuses! I had to wait over 2 weeks for a facial steamer that never came because my “payment didn’t go through”. - even though I was told my etransfer had been received and the steamer would be shipped out the same day. So frustrating.

Products are good, customer service is awful. I've never seen such a negligence. They charge for full order and ship half of it. Sometimes even wrong products. I shopped with them more than a month ago. Part of my order wasn't delivered. I was told that they don't have and will ship it soon. More than a month past... Nothing was shipped. And to make it worth they don't pick up the phone or answer the emails. Don't deal with them!

Terrible Company !!! Many times have been trying to place an order and sent multiple emails, 3 times applied to create an account and many times try to call them - no any answers !!!
