Who doesn't love the luxurious bath and body products at this Bath and Bodyworks located in Aberdeen Mall? Everything from an array of hand soaps to 3 wick candles and pretty much everything in between. The foaming hand soap is my go-to and the kids love it. Car and room fresheners that don't trigger my allergies...it's a great shop!!!! And the staff are in it to win it!

Rushika, Chizi and Muskaan are amazing people!!! I went to BBW Aberdeen mall this tuesday and they literally made my day. They’re really friendly and creating a bright and joyful vibe within the shop!! THEY’RE A GEM!!! And I literally found my fav body mist for the season so I’m really thrilled!!

I can’t say it enough, the staff in your Kamloops store is the best team of coworkers that I have ever encountered. The management of this store have done a wonderful job of hiring staff and training and it shows and shines !!!

I would just like to say thank you to Del in particular at the Kamloops store for going above and beyond for my mom Carmelle. I won't go into details but it was such a kind and generous act that you did and made her day. I would also like to take this moment to say thank you to all your wonderful staff for being so helpful and happy during this pandemic. Have a merry Christmas everyone!

Lots of variety in soaps, lotions, hand sanitizers and the like. Friendly staff ready to help out as well.I wasn't a fan of their sparse signage depicting which hand soaps were part of the 5/$25 promo and which were clearance at $3.50ea. My opinion would be to have a sign on each bay of hand soaps to ensure the shopper clearly knows which soaps are part of which pricing promo. I made sure to ask for assistance, however, the Karen's" out there would likely cause a commotion at the till and ruin the day of an associate not in charge of pricing and promotions."

Really like Bath & Body Works. Always a great selection and they seems to have a new fragrance to try every time we visit. Of course they want you to load up with their multiple buy deals... 5 for 28 on foaming hand soaps so once we stock up it takes awhile to go through everything we've purchased. The staff here are friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit!

I absolutely LOVE Bath and Body Works. I've been a customer for over 4 yrs and have lots of product. It may be a bit pricey for some , but to me it's totally worth it. The Fine Fragrance Mists last a minimum of 10 hrs on my skin. The lotion is light yet moisturizing. The cream is heavier but really good for super dry skin. The shower gel yields great long lasting suds with minimal product. The sales are fantastic. The staff at this store has phenomenal customer service. You'll never be ignored , help is genuinely offered , and their product knowledge is amazing.

Very on point sales staff and Amazing scents-- but I do wish their products were more clearly priced. Seems like you really have to search, guess, or ask to find pricing on certain items.
