My experience at Chantilly Lace Bridal Boutique was so enjoyable! I got to learn the history of the boutique and all the local aspects of the store - it's evident that they value community. The store is so well kept, and they have a great selection of dresses from many Canadian designers. I said yes to my dress in my first (and only!) appointment! I went dress shopping six months prior to my wedding and they were able to rush my dress with no issue.Melany was such a sweetheart and was incredibly helpful with advice and feedback, both in the selection and dress arrival appointments. I really appreciated her styling advice, as well as the recommendations for alterations.I wish I could go through the whole bridal shopping experience again with Chantilly Lace Bridal Boutique. Thank you for providing such friendly and professional service!

This boutique is amazing but I really have to point out and credit Melanie! She by far gave me the best bridal shopping experience I had while looking for my dress! Chantilly lace had MANY stunning dresses to chose from and all within an unreal budget (if your thinking of a gown change this is your store!!)Melanie was high spirited, friendly, easy to talk to and made me feel so special while I was there on both occasions. Ultimately I said yes to the dress at another shop, but truly felt she deserved the best review! ❤️

I had the most wonderful experience at Chantilly Lace Bridal! The staff are incredibly welcoming and made me feel like they were just as excited as I was about finding a wedding dress! This team is MADE for working in the bridal industry. Melanie was the ultimate pump up girl, and I wasn't even her customer!All of the ladies were amazing at knowing when to step out of the room and let me openly discuss my thoughts with the people I brought to my appointment.Heather was the consultant that assisted me. She was extremely kind and receptive to the feedback I had regarding the many different dresses I tried on. She suggested that we could possibly change the neckline of a dress I loved to align perfectly with what I was looking for. While I was still standing in my dress on the pedestal, she spoke with Chantel (owner and founder) who reached out to the dress designer to see what they could do to customize that dress. When the designer said that wasn't possible, they continued to problem solve and connected me with a bridal seamstress and ordered my dress in with excess material to make it happen! I would not have found my dress" if it weren't for their determination to get me exactly what I was hoping for.It's a local boutique that refuse to do "pressure sales"

I had the most amazing experience at Chantilly Lace Bridal Boutique. Chantel (the boutique owner) is really amazing - she was so supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. She made sure that I not only had a stress free experience while shopping, but she also went the extra mile to ensure that I felt my best in my dress. She made my family and friends feel comfortable too. The boutique is beautiful and very well organized. I cannot express enough how thankful I am that I purchased my dream dress from Chantilly Lace!

She was so incredibly knowledgeable about all of the dresses and designers in the shop and was warm, welcoming and supportive throughout the entire process. My experience at Chantilly Lace was one I'll talk about for a long time. Going into wedding dress shopping, I had no idea what I wanted or what looked good, so I knew that there was going to be a lot of trial and error when trying gowns on. I had a total of 3 appointments at Chantilly Lace until I could confidently say I found The One. Chantel is a total titan in this industry- she honestly embodies everything you need in a shopping experience like this- she's knowledgeable and patient, but above all, kind at all costs. You can tell she has poured all of these values to all the amazing girls that work with her.Their positive approach was one that I (as a retail professional myself) appreciated in a whole new level. Specially considering the fact that this is meant to be a very special time in your wedding planning journey. They made it such a special moment for myself and my family when I officially said yes to my dress!I will absolutely recommend Chantilly Lace to all the brides I encounter in the future! Had the best experience. Lots of selection in a really reasonable price range. They were great to listen to our suggestions and pick dresses that fit my style and body. It was such a fun experience and would recommend to anyone looking for THE dress.

I had such an amazing first dress shopping experience at Chantilly Lace. It was everything I could have imagined and more, the dresses were all absolutely gorgeous and fit my style perfectly, and had a great range of prices which I was pleasantly surprised there were several options under $2000. I selected about 7 that I loved and then Melanie helped pull some additional based on my style (which actually ended up being my favourite one!). The shop was also gorgeous and picture perfect. I was a bit nervous going into it but Melanie and Chantel made me feel comfortable and excited immediately. I cannot recommend this boutique enough!
