Evergreen Duct cleaning did a great job. They showed up on time and were very efficient. When I walked in my house after they were done I could tell the air felt clean and fresh!

We moved to a home that needed to be scrubbed from top to bottom. What we took out of the furnace was beyond disgusting. So we knew we had to get everything professionally cleaned we had the ducts, furnace, Van ee and because it was blocked the central vac cleaned. Definitely worth doing. Sadly with so many scammers out there duct cleaning has a bad rep but believe me when I say it is worth it with the right company.

I'm late writing this review.We hired Evergreen Duct cleaning to clean our ducts only and opted out of the furnace cleaning portion.The crew were professional and polite and cleaned the duct very thoroughly even left the registers shiny.However after they left we noticed one register vent had dirt on the floor and window above it. So we contacted them immediately to address this issue. The owner responded right away to apologize and wanted to make thing right for us.The owner personally accompanied the crew back to our home to address our concerns. They arrived and went right to it wasting no time. They cleaned the ductwork and mess at that particular register vent and explained how a mistake happened by them at time of cleaning allowing the dirt to get blown out of the register vent. No excuses whatsoever, just the plain honest truth.We appreciated the honesty and coming back to address our concerns but they didn't stop there.We initially called Evergreen because there was a foul smell that would come out of the register vent when the furnace was turned on for the first time this fall. There was still that foul odor even after the first cleaning. I mentioned this also to the owner before they came out the second and final time.They went above and beyond because they cleaned furnace and ended up removing and reinstalling furnace components and found the source of the foul odor. 3 mice got into the furnace over the summer months while not in use and made a home.The owner would not accept any payment for this even when I opted out if the furnace cleaning.This company made it more than right with us and very very much appreciated the straightforward honesty and standing behind their work.We would definitely recommend them and plan on calling them back in the future.And our home smells great again. We couldn't say more about Evergreen Duct Cleaners! They were prompt, professional, and had excellent communication from start to finish. Thank you to Cleon, Christine, and their son Ryan for allowing us to breathe easy in our home for the first time after moving in last year.I highly recommend Evergreen to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned and wants the job done right!

Evergreen Duct Cleaning came to the house after they had been called to set up an appointment. The truck manager Dave showed up a few minutes before the vacuum truck to ensure everything was ready upon its arrival. The team showed up for the appointment at the scheduled time and got right to work.The ducts had been poorly cleaned several years ago by another company, who only drilled one small hole in the cold air return. Evergreen Duct Cleaning drilled the hole larger and added several more in key locations. The vacuum hose was quite large close to 12” in diameter adding to the testament how powerful the vacuum system is. Dave and his team started at the top floor and worked there way down to the basement blowing and whipping going into all intake and air return vents. The house was left cleaner than when they arrived, they wore booties or took there shoes off when in the house. They did a great job cleaning the duct system, they even did a 12’ dryer vent line which filled a portable Dewalt vacuum full (see photo). Set up and tear down took what seemed no more than 15min. They finished off with sanitizing the HVAC system. I would definitely have them back to do another clean a year or two down the road.
