They sent a guy out the same day for a service call. He was friendly and professional. The work was done right. And the bill wasn't shocking.

This company does not do appliances. I saw their ad on Appliance repair online, and phoned and left a message. I should have read their ad better as it clearly states that they are plumbers…However, the lady called me back and was so nice and tried to help me by giving me suggestions on who we could try to call. She didn’t have to do that at all. She made my day with that call back to me. Thank you! If I ever need your type of service, I will definitely call you!!!

I would completely recommend there guys to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable and decent priced furnace repairs. My house has radiators with a hot water furnace/boiler. Although this was fitted new in Dec ‘14 it has already had a few issues. The current problem was it would run once then default into a semi shutout setting. I has been a constant hassle for a number of months now and after calling around a lot of the local companies didn’t want to look at it or gave me “the old how much do you want to spend. Oh it sounds like the mother board etc etc”Instantly having phoned Sheldon I could gather the guy knew the model, had sound knowledge of its set up and operation. I phoned him yesterday mid morning and he had Patrick the technician with my by 13:00. Patrick was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He had it fixed with a couple of hours. Totally recommend this company, for the first time this winter I can relax in the knowledgeable my heating won’t go off when I’m asleep, away or working. Well done guys and Thank you so much.

Sheldon and his team are awesome. Garrett came to fix our gas fireplace. It's working great. He also cleaned up some of the plumbing in our furnace room. He did a great job.

Week ago we have man from Super Service Plumbing $ Heating checking our malfunctioning Carrier furnace. He identified the problem quick and have had spare parts on hand. In my opinion he was knowledgeable on what he was doing. Also he point to me some other items on our furnace that may fail in future. I appreciate the heads-up from him. I writing the review 1 weeks after the repair to make sure that the furnace works as supposed too, which is now. Thank you.

Sheldon responded quickly and sent a plumber out to deal with my furnace VanEE issue incredibly fast. The plumber that came was pleasant, knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly.

Thank you so much for all your work! We have had Sheldon install a furnace, do maintenance on an old air conditioner, and look at our water heater when we moved into this home. Since then I have had to call for help a few times with other problems. He has been fantastic to deal with. His employees have been excellent as well. Much appreciated!

Had a gentleman in yesterday to replace a tap assembly in bath tub and did an awesome job. Very neat job and cleaned up nicely when finished. A very nice young man. They arrived in a timely manner. Was very happy with this company. Will never get any other company after this service. Highly recommend.

Solved my walk-in cooler problem with very low cost. Even though the other mechanic screwed up before them.
