Reach Tire & Auto / Point S

Got flat tire fixed last week, however, the tire went flat again(they found a screw). Without any prior appointments or hassles, my car was taken right in. The lady at the desk was very kind and polite. The tire got fixed within 30 minutes without any extra charges. Sticking with them forever.

I got my alignment and an inspection done at Reach Auto, they were quick, professional and to the point. Jade(the manager there) is awesome and super polite, exceptional quality service, they even explained what part would need to be replaced to get the alignment to be perfect in the back. Will definitely be back here for all my car needs!

We woke up to a flat and had no tools available to do a flip for a repair. We called Reach/Point S to see availability and they were at our place whithin an hour. The mobile tech was super personable and informative on what he was doing. He made sure to use double safety measures in securing the large vehicle and used proper mounting points as to not cause damage. We had our tire fixed and remounted in the total span of 2 hours from point of call. It seems that we had a further problem with our tire as the next day it was flat again. Not only did they certify their work they were back at my place to remove the tire immediately. This is an excellent example of pride in work and extreme customer service. I will recommend them to anyone who needs help and continue to be a customer of theirs. 10/10

Love the people that work here, want to put a higher review but I got my tires changed on my personal car and the guy dallon did my tires and didn't check my tire pressure and put the wrong lug nuts on, didn't even read the instructions for my car at all and the front desk guy had to change my lug nuts outside. Who knows what else he did wrong honestly I'm scared he was touching my car with carelessness. Would be last resort to go here again sadly.

I brought my vehicle in for an alignment. The shop snapped off my bolt then charged me $1100 for the repair and left me without a vehicle for 4 days. Do not recommend at all. After leaving the shop my vehicle was pulling to the right.

These guys provided me with amazing services on an emergency tire repair. The other big name told me 4-6 hour wait. Quenton got me in right away and made their schedule work. Great team and thanks!

I took my older truck in for spark plugs and Mass Air Sensor. They found the only MAS in the province, in Vancouver. I took it in on Wednesday and drove away Thursday. Every step of the process was professionally explained. The final bill was considerably less than the quoted amount. I rely on my truck for every day transportation and road trips! My heartfelt thanks to Jade and the skilled mechanics and techs. I have used Reach in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

great customer service, got everything i needed done in a timely fashion, car drives great after alignment, got plugs and wires done aswell as a blower motor that was making alot of rackett. they were able to diagnose my issue fast and got me on my way, thanks again reach vernon
