We had a propane leak and came in at 9 am with only an email discussion. They did not have the parts we needed, sent someone out to get them, had us back on the road in two hours and gave us an INCREDIBLY FAIR PRICE!We were more than impressed with these people!Thank you!

Great sales, horrible warranty service. Was drug along saying had a bad service employee for 6mths. 13 mth old trailer furnace quit, no help to fix despite being fully under warranty 1 mth ago and still under manufacturing warranty. Stabilizers jacks failing, they don’t seem to care, lied about servicing awning arm. Won’t fix bubbling decals. Would not recommend

We had a problem with our TT furnace while traveling and these guys fit us in to their busy day, diagnosed the problem, and had us back on the road within 2 hours! Amazing service that went above and beyond.

Absolute terrible service. I had a wiring harness installed on my vehicle and they drilled a screw through my 2022 vehicles bumper. The mechanic initially told me that the repair would be done at no inconvenience to me, but when I spoke with the manager he was pathetic. He informed me I had to go to the mechanic of his choice and also I wouldn’t be compensated for the inconvenience. Oh and he also told me my brand new vehicle would only be repaired according to what insurance paid for. When I challenged him on the error he hung up on me. Pathetic business and management

Best team in town. We had a bearing fail on our trailer on our way east, Johnson's mechanical team rescued us and took great care of us and our little trailer. Cannot speak highly enough of these guys.

Johnson’s RV saved the day for us! We were at the start of a month-long trip across Canada and started having trouble with our electric brakes. We called Johnson’s and they graciously fit us in. Jeff, the service person, immediately diagnosed our problem and installed a new brake controller. It was clear he was knowledgeable and experienced. Bob, the customer service person, was great to deal with -friendly and helpful. We left them with a brake system that worked well and new confidence for a smooth trip. We highly recommend Johnson’s RV and are very grateful for their assistance!

Good selection of trailers to look at but not happy with the service. Walked around the lots for about 15-20 minutes with nobody coming out to see if we needed any help. There was multiple works roaming around and they didn’t even speak to us. We had to go in a find someone inside the office to show use a few 5th wheels. Even when going inside my wife wasn’t greeted until she got to the parts counter. Found what we wanted but will be taking our business elsewhere. Showed no interest in what we had for a trailer or in what we thought we were looking for. Do not recommend based on our experience. DYOR

My wife and I had some problems with our brand new RV. Our side door electronic auto step slipped out and was stuck. We were travelling cross country from Alberta to Newfoundland. The manufacturer advised us to go to an RV dealer to see if they can help. We went to this dealership and what an awesome staff they have there. They were kind and very helpful. The warranty dept from the manufacturer communicated with the service dept and they fixed the problematic step temporarily so the we were able to travel safely until we got to them in Kitchener, ON. The staff were kind, helpful and lovely people. The service staff are skillful and knew what what they were doing. I purchased a trailer here over 5 years ago. The deal went very smooth. Since then I have returned with many ideas, upgrades and some service. I always come away spending less than I intended. They usually go out of their way to show me how to do a job myself. Where on earth can you find service like this anymore. Honest people that run a great business.
