Korean owned lovely sushi restaurant.Closed Sundays.Large sized sushi rolls. Great selection.Lunch, dinner and platters available.Alcohol available. Seats 40Great quality and fresh sushi and sashimi, great service, lovely environment. Lots of parking.

03.11.2023:Came back with a friend because the sushi is just that great! Didn't make reservations but we got seated within minutes. Great atmosphere! Got myself the Spicy Tuna and salmon Maki, and my friend got a Chicken Teryaki with white rice and salad. Washed it down with nestea and ginger tea. Got served after ordering within 20 minutes. Absolutely delicious and fresh. Hands down my favorite sushi place of 2023. Got served by Jennifer; great energy and service as always. Spent up to 55 dollars. Not bad for the quality of service, food, and overall experience. Still a 5 star experience! Will come back.01.24.2023:First time here by myself and ate across from the Chef. Great atmosphere! Very relaxing and clean! Front reps Annice and Jennifer were lovely! Got myself Spicy Salmon Maki and Spicy Tuna Maki. Absolutely delicious and fresh! Chef Tim was amazing too! Great energy. Got Cinnamon Tea. Best way to end the long day off. The prices are defibetly reasonable and the quality of sushi, tea, customer service and atmosphere is at an amazing level. Highly recommend.I had a great time!

Hinote Sushi
I had amazing experience with hinote sushi before i was really looking forward to be here again after covid. We had the sushi boat, compare to what I had before, the fish is much more thin sliced, rice is way smaller and the rolls are less uniform shapes. Don't get me wrong, sushi still tasted good but just much smaller portion from what we remember. Will come back and try again and update rating.

Went for dinner on a Friday night, it wasn’t too busy so we were seated right away. Small but cozy. Very good quality sushi. Decent pricing. Friendly and welcoming staff. Speedy service. The flavour combination and sauces used in their dishes are unique to their location. It’s rare to find certain menu items at any average sushi restaurant. I would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

I have yet to find a place that tops this sushi restaurant. I have been coming here for over a decade and the food quality has not changed one bit. It is always fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. There are many sushi places close to me and the pale in comparison to hinote’s sushi. I drive 30 minutes just for this sushi any get the sushi and sushimi party tray with 60 pieces so I can have half for dinner then half for lunch the next day. Their hinote sushi dinner is also fantastic.What sets this place apart from others is the quality of fish they have and their preparation. The sashimi is sliced properly and I mean this size wise. When it is cut too chunky it takes away the delicacy of what you’re eating. The seared salmon sushi with a tiny bit of Spicy mayo, thinly sliced green onion on top and a a small piece of wasabi between the bottom of the salmon and the bed of sushi rice is the absolute best.Service is great here too. Staff is always polite and welcoming.I just love this place!

A cozy sushi shop that's been around for a long time. The rolls are quite large and the fish used is high quality. I've been coming here for the last 5 years and has been consistently good. The restaurant is on the slightly pricier side but it is well worth it.

Scam. The server does not tell you auto gratuity is included in the bill at the beginning of dinner and the receipt did not include auto gratuity or tip, yet when the server handed over the machine there was no option to add a tip as she had already put the tip in before handing over the machine. We could see she added a tip herself and the machine stated higher than the bill did. Regarding the food, we paid $12 for the shrimp tempura appetizer that only came with TWO shrimp. The dragon roll had 98% avocado and 2% crab. On top of this, the service was not great. The server did not come over to refill our water even once or ask if we needed anything, after dropping off our food we had to wave her down to ask for what we needed. After paying our bill we were confused as to why the machine and bill stated a different price, before we could ask the server walked away without saying a word leaving. The entitlement is crazy. We had very high hopes for this place but for the price and service, you're better off saving your buck and going elsewhere!

Hinote is my favourite sushi restaurant in Mississauga. The sushi is always very fresh and comes with the best ingredients. Their rolls are especially very delicious!It is a nice place to come for a lunch or dinner and experience a good food with pleasant atmosphere. In addition, the service is always good.
