I first found the brand by looking for budget friendly CNC's. After much research, I absolutely loved the way that both Andy and Chris managed their business, and what I was seeing through the communities about the Longmill CNC.I have had my 48x30 Longmill for about 2 months now, and absolutely love my machine, the company, and the growing online community. I had one little hiccup when I was first assembling the machine, but a quick call to customer service and my part was shipped the same day.The Longmill may be budget friendly, but it's a very capable machine!

I purchased a MK1 Longmill a few years back and then their laser in Nov 2022 and love it. It's has taken my small woodworking business to a whole new level with being able to produce products I normally would not. Sienci Labs is a great business to work with. Love the products, services and ethos of this company. I have one of their Longmill MK2 30x48 CNC machines and a bunch of router bits and accessories and have been completely happy. There are a lot of great consumer grade and prosumer grade CNC and laser etching machines out there but none of them have the total package of support and openness that Sineci has IMHO. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

Ordered the LongMill Mk2 48x30 earlier this year, and not only was it incredibly easy to set up and calibrate (the extent of my CNC experience prior is a prover 3018) but it a a lot of fun to be able to design something and begin fabrication quickly with a fairly large work area. All parts are high quality and the only real issue I've had is that I had to file the holes for the inductive sensors slightly (which is no problem at all). Great job Sienci Labs!

The machines made by this company are great, especially for how much they cost. They listen to their community, and overall do a great job. Their machines are easy to assemble, adjust, and generally use. Any issues i've had with mine, have all been due to user error. If you're trying to decide what machine to get, get this one.

I love my new CNC machine. Shipment was on time and it arrived in good shape. Installation videos were great. I still had to be careful following the steps but all went well. My only issue was knowing how much to tighten the backlash nuts (initially I tightened them a bit too much). I am very happy to have picked Sienci - they are a quality outfit.

A proud owner of a longmill mark 2. Great locally made product. They have a 4 week lead time but got my cnc in 3. Guys were easy to deal with whatever questions or modifications that i asked.
