Do not trust them.They presented themselves as builders, so I gave them a deposit for a new house in 2018.The house was never built. My money was never returned. As a small general contractor we performed a number of jobs for OHM Development in support of their needs. We worked during holidays and weekends to meet their deadlines. Despite our completion of the work and their successful municipal inspections, after 6 months we have still not been paid. In total we have over $5800. in outstanding invoices with them. We want other contractors to be aware of this so they to do not find themselves chasing these people for their deserved compensation
