Normally a favourite place to eat, on this occasion the waitress was unattentive, forgot parts of our order and generally did a terrible job. My assumption was that she was a new employee but it turns out that she had been there for years. On a positive note, the hostess, while young, handled my concerns exceptionally well assuring me she would talk with the manager and the waitress in question.

My Family eats here about twice a month and we always have excellent food and service. After ordering you get your food quickly and the servers are very efficient in checking on you and collecting dishes and delivering the bill. They also have great specials throughout the year!

I use to love food from here, but the quality has gone done hill over the last year. Last night I tried it again, picked up a meal and came home to eat. All was good until I started chewing on something weird, and then pulled out a metal staple. It was in my mashed potatoes. I called the store to discuss, but was told the manager wasn't in and he would call me back to discuss. I never received a call back. Poor quality of food and no customer service to at least call me back.I will avoid and suggest others do the same!!!

A nice clean restaurant with lots of parking. Menu items look good substitutions are no problem. Great food great service. Love the windermere Edmonton location!!! Our goto place!! P.s I always ask for crispy skin on my chicken, goes so well with the chalet sauce!!

The server was friendly and helpful! Too bad the food wasn't to the standard you would expect! Had hot beef sandwich and it tasted sour, told server who apologized but didn't offer to remove from my bill. Sorry won't recommend or go back.Just got a replacement order from the owner food was great! Thank you for your assistance!

I visited here recently and enjoyed the experience. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and the server was really nice. In terms of food, I got their Christmas special and it was definitely worth trying.

Good location. Tasty food. One draw back was that we had to wait quite a long time for our chicken because they had to make it...how can Swiss Chalet not have chicken ready on a Saturday evening, especially as the restaurant wasn't very busy. Overall good otherwise

One of the most consistent restaurants I have eaten at. If you like their quarter chicken meal in Edmonton, it will taste the same in Toronto.I like the fries - they are on the softer side but if you get them hot, they are delicious.Only concern is on the takeout side. There is a possibility that you will not get everything that you ordered. If you go in person to get the food, it is easy to check but if you get it delivered, they sometimes forget something.
